Complete MBA For Dummies®

Great book. I have a science background with no experience in management or business. I'm considering doing an MBA so i wanted to get a preview of the general topics and concepts. This book did an excellent job of that. It simplifies the basic concepts for someone like me. It's also has a lot of pragmatic advice useful for running a business or for personal finance. I wish they would have an updated version of this book. The world has changed a lot since this book was written. Recommend.

Wow! Great work. It is a cool book that explains concepts in easy-to-understand language. Kathlene did a great job and I appreciate it. Her book is my second buy after 's Steven's Silbiger's "The Ten Day MBA". Keep up the good work. I will be looking out for more of your books. I consult with small businesses and the book is expanding and enriching my armory.

Bought this book for $13 in February of 2013. Finally got around to reading it in 2020. I speed read this book at a rate of 100 pages every hour. I'm well educated but still found the info in this book to be well organized and useful. It turned me into the vast majority of information good learn in an MBA program. I'd recommend this book to anyone who wants to be exposed to the basics of business.

This Book covers the main MBA topics in very understandable manner. It underlines the most important things to remember. I highly recommend this book

This book was probably a great review 10 years ago, but is horribly out of date now. The focus on how the internet and computing will revolutionize business is hard to sit through considering we’ve gone well past what the book even speculates about. The global economy information is even further out of date. While it is a well written book, it is no longer relevant and needs a heavy revision to be worth reading.

has been very helpful in helping me prepare and get my head in the right setting before I start my MBA this fall. It has wonderful terms and tip that help me get my brain into the business way of thinking.

I have been comparing the book with the material a friend covered while doing an MBA. It is very complete, as a guideline book, but not enough. I would highly recommend this book to people that aren't sure of investing on an MBA so that they can weight their interest and needs.

The book serves as a great starting point for those pursuing an MBA.

The book tells you what an MBA is without going in depth of knowledge on different aspects of companies. It is however useful for freelancers and enterpreuners who want to be familiar with somes aspects of modern business.

It has good information but too long pages of irrelevant information or detail. This book should have be summarised with less pages because useful info could be fit only on few couple of hundreds pages. I think all Dummies books are same. pages and pages of useful and non useful info.

Perfect book to help opening your new business if you do not know much about what you have to do. It is also a great review for those who have finished their MBA a few years ago
