EDIT : I've left my old review below, but the replacement I was sent failed in exactly the same way, so it seems a design flaw as I've spotted another review on here with the same exact issue.... I'm GUTTED!! I really love this case, I've bought myself two different ring cases now where the style is a ring that is on a circular track rather than this one which pivots about a single point, and I find the ring design on this case is just so comfortable, I don't enjoy using other style of ring as much, so I've ended up glueing the case back together myself!! So I'll knock two stars off for what is obviously a major design flaw, but I'll leave the other three stars for just how damn comfortable this case is in hand when using the ring, even tho it broke, its the case I'm going back too...I've only had this case a few days, and its my first time having a ring-back style case, but so far I'm very impressed.I chose this case as the Mate 20 Pro is so blooming big my pinky was starting to ache after holding it for any extended periods of time.First impressions, very well constructed. Fits the phone like a glove. I went for the translucent version, has a nice almost mesh like pattern on the back that allows the colour of the phone to shine through but its opaque enough to hide smudges, marks etc. The bumpers are a slight softer (but still rigid) black and feel like they would give a good level of protection (but I'll let you know if I ever drop it). The edges are raised just enough that if you drop it face down provided it's flat the screen won't touch the surface, just the case.As for the ring, new one for me but I can imagine always having a ring case in future. It makes holding the phone so much more comfortable when only using 1 hand! Seems well constructed, bit stiff as first but pleasant now. Smooth enough to swivel easily but stiff enough it doesn't spin freely. Profile of the back is slim enough that the ring segment is not overpowering.Bit premature to comment on durability but so far everything seems high quality. I'll update in a few months or immediately if anything goes wrong, but right now I couldn't recommend this case enough!!Update: After 6 months the black edge came away from the clear plastic. I've always thought it was loose around the power button so probably an issue I should have raised with the seller when I received it but wasn't an issue at the time. Contacted the seller and within days a replacement under warranty was sent straight to me hassle free!!

This is an OK case for the money, it's slim and light and fits the phone well. Like other reviewers, I find the ring turning mechanism a little too stiff; you are a little worried it will break with the force you have to apply, but mine is holding up fine so maybe it's designed like that. My only real problem is that the finish of the plastic is too slippery. If I wasn't using the ring, I'd be worried about operating my phone one-handed.

Phone looks great in the case nice and slimline, however the volume rocker and power button on the side are very hard and uncomfortable to press...

Brought a cover for my phone from a high street phone shop. I was very disappointed with it and felt my phone wasn't really going to be protected if I dropped it. This case fits like a glove. Not bulky but definitelyFeels like my phone is well protective. Love the ring on the back. Great for propping up the phone and also the magnetic circle works excellently with the magnetic clip for the car (brought as an extra) I would 100% recommend this product. Best case I've had to date.

No screen protector

It seemed to work well for about 6 months, but after that, the hard casing started to come away from the softer bit and in the end it all separated and had to go in the bin.They need to use a stronger glue. Shame as I quite liked it but definitely not worth it as it will eventually fall apart.

Looks cheap but great quality. Ring is great but lil hard to hold at times

Love the case but a pain in the bum having to take off to charge my phone but other then that brilliant
