Perfect professional result on tarts etc. ...just a bit expensive. Buy ubtilI find more bulk and cheaper alternative, this is a perfect choice.

Not convinced by the flavour
I was excited to try this as an alternative glaze to sieved apricot jam. Unfortunately I thought the flavour was very artificial. It did look nice, but wasn’t completely effortless since it still needed weighing, mixing, heating, mixing again and cooling to agreed temperature - so I’ll be going back to using sieved jam!
