Nice bits
I am not a master woodworker, but enjoy trying new projects from time to time. I ordered these and was pleasantly surprised at how nice they worked. Made a nice hole with no splintering. Hope they stay sharp for a long time. So far, I am really impressed with the quality of these bits.

They work
The bits came individually packaged in a hard plastic case for each, which should keep them protected in the tool chest. They were sharp out of the box, and made short work of pine and particleboard. Be warned, bits of this size are very difficult to drill freehand, they want to jump all over. All bits of this size and style do. The best way to do it is drill a scrap piece to establish a guide hole, then clamp the guide over whatever you are drilling. I added a hole in a desk to add a grommet for computer wires. The hole was clean and accurately sized. Overall, and for the money, this is a great value.

Good job for inexpensive set
Not bad for a cheap set. Some tearout on sides but manageable. For a none wood worker like myself this did a good job for installing cabinet door hinges.

Cuts holes in wood perfectly. Great set to have if you're working in metric sizes.

Amazingly good for the rock bottom price
I don have a lot of need for Forstner bits, but I had a project that required them. I didnt want to invest a lot, and the price point on these bits belies their quality. The cutting was remarkably good! I have no other Forstner bits to compare them to, but they seem fast and clean with a hand held drill and with a drill press. The photograph was of a hole made in hard maple for a furniture project. Perfect.

Works well for the money
I bought these to use with my wood lathe. These bits work very well and can be sharpened easily with a diamond horn. I have used these mostly on kiln dried hard wood and they have done well. For the price you can't beet them
