Easy to install
Easy to install, great heat output and sleek unobtrusive design. As others have said, we haven't yet managed to work out the heat programme, but happy to use on/off button. Arrived quickly in good condition. Using for a 12ft by 15ft apartment lounge.

Don't always believe the review, I have 2 of these and they are brilliant
I read all of the reviews very carefully before purchasing one of these heaters, I chose this as they looked compact and streamlined so would blend in and not be an eyesore like some other heaters. I thought if it did not work or I had any of the issues reported by other users then as Amazon have such a great returns policy I could always send it back. Mine arrived in a few days, was easy to install and worked great, heating my kitchen which has a lantern roof so quite a big area to warm up. I ordered another one for another room, again no problems, I will be ordering one more. I understand some people have had issues but it seems they have listened and made adjustments and I think they are great.

LOOKS VERY GOOD, EASY TO INSTALL BUT TRICKY TO SET TIMER, INSTRUCTIONS A LITTLE AMBIGUOUS BUT STILL GOT IN THERE THE END .

Loose/missing screws
Beware, bought 5 of these. Four of them had loose heating elements inside. I had to remove the front covers and resecure the elements, 3 had loose screws and one had missing screws. Once fixed and fitted they work well. Front cover can get quite hot.

Difficult settings but overall very good functional heater.
Easy to install and timer setting works well. Instructions are not intuitive so you do need the booklet to help. You can only set it to be on the thermostat for 1 hour slots though. I’m unable to set it to the minute. However because you set it to 20 degrees for example this works fine and it just maintains my bedroom temp between 6-7am before I get up. Overall very happy.
