ProsQuick to connect to bluetooth once turned on.Plenty loud to be heard over loud environments. The earbuds were soft and good enough to create a seal to block ambient noise and be worn the entire duration of its battery life without hurting.Very light yet keeps itself in place around the neck without being cumbersome.Battery does last as long as described, right around 10 hours; when turned on will announce between high/ medium /low battery remaining. Addendum: The out of battery alert comes on when there's less than 10 minutes left.ConsNot much bassDistance and strength of bluetooth is a little lacking when compared to other wireless headphones I've used.Could stand to be more precise for battery indication since there's no other indicators on it.Retractable wire is thin and flimsy feeling, it'd be great if it could be braided and still retractable.Retractable wire is also just a bit too short. Tested it out during running. but the headphone cords were just too short to keep the bobbing from the device from tugging at it which makes it annoying to wear if there is any active movement (it's totally fine when walking or just moving around regularly)Additional Notes: Haven't tested the device's IP rating as I don't sweat enough to impact it and haven't gone out in the rain wearing this yet. I'm also not in a high humidity area for it to have an issues regarding that.

This is our second time purchasing this! Lasts the longest of the 3 others we tried prior that kept breaking. Cheaper and so much more durable/flexible-recommend highly!

I have been wearing neckband headphones for 10 years.This one is the best one so far. Even compared others that I paid $100+ forThese are perfect. and at this price, I bought 3 pairs.I will update this review in 30 days, 60 days and 90 days with information on how well the headphones hold up over time

Ear buds are hard to get in my ear due to size but sound quality is excellent

Got tired of the unprofessional look of either the wires sticking out like Mickey Mouse ears on each side of my neck when the ear pieces were stored in the main part of the unit. Only other option was to leave hanging, which looked sloppy and unkempt. Again unprofessional look. These wrap around and hug to your collar and are very low profile as well as the wire retracting. Additional benefit was that it doesn't set off my pacemaker alarm! On others the ear piece would pull loose from the magnet and hang directly over my pacemaker. The magnetic field of the ear piece would have my pacemaker think it was being queried and chirp and blink to confirm a query that it could not process. Probably not a reason for most, but having a beeping sound and a light shining through my shirt in a meeting was certainly distracting!

UPDATE 8 November 2020 edited 3 star from 4 star review. Would be a 2 star but because of the superior form factor, mute functionality, and the fact I can still listen to music, I'm giving it a 3 because many other headsets are rendered unusable by now. But call quality is bad and quality control is iffy (I bought 3 of these headsets)So, I love the form factor of the headset. The sound quality if you're listening to music is good. In calls I can hear people fine, and the inclusion of a mute function is absolutely paramount to my job.. Though I wish it was a button combo and not a 2 second hold, because having to take 2 seconds to unmute and say "yes" another 2 seconds to mute before I start drilling again, 2 seconds to unmute to say "yes again"... It gets annoying.MICROHPONE QUALITY IS ABYSMAL:The biggest problem is the MICROPHONE QUALITY. Everybody in a call tells me that they cannot understand me and that the mic gain increases suddenly, making me VERY LOUD, then... SNAP I'm super quiet and muffled... BAM back to loud again, and it makes everything I say totally unintelligible. I have bought 3 of these headsets because the form factor is literally the best I've ever encountered. Stays on when I'm exercising, during situps especially, and I can quickly shove it into my pocket if it becomes a hazard on the job or I'm in a formal meeting or something.But the microphone quality is terrible. Listening to my family members in calls who have the same headset, I can also personally verify that the microphone quality is abysmal.After about a year of use, my father's head set's right ear has started to go out. Had hoped to get at least 2 - 3 years out of this headset like my old LG hb's but unfortunately the call quality gives me pause for alarm.I still use mine every day because of the superior minimalist, flexible design, but if call quality is something you require, maybe look for another product.--------UPDATE 9 SEPT 2019AWESOME headset, let's say that right now.After the first pair was proven to be defective, I got sent a new pair and sent the old one back. This one's been working reliably ever since. I didn't want to update my review until I'd used it for a couple months, and I'm extremely satisfied. I take it to the gym a lot, it doesn't fall off all that much. I do notice that people complain about background noise a lot, so I don't think the microphone's noise cancelling is anything to write home about.However, this is the exact form factor I'm looking for, and the built-in option to mute the microphone by holding VOL - is indefensible. I literally won't buy a headset unless it has that feature because my job has a lot of background noise to begin with and I juggle multiple conversations with vendors/people.- 1 star because of the defective one and also the microphone noise cancellation.-------------------------------UPDATE 11 April 2019:Third day trying it out, it keeps saying disconnected. It was extremely distracting because I was trying to run a track meet and stay communicated with people. I charged the device to full, unpaired it from everything and re-paired it to my phone only and it just kept saying, "Disconnected" randomly. I'm going to return this. If I get another, I'll update my review.--------------Second day trying this thing out. I love it. The form factor is perfect, and even though the headphones could be longer, I love how lightweight it is. People say the call quality is excellent.However, it keeps saying "disconnected" and "connected" even though my phone is literally two feet from me. Not sure what's going on here.
