Will this work on hard wood flooring?

I would try a small corner of the floor to test the product, I never used it on wood floors. i would also try to call the number on the container for service and get their opinion. It really works great.

what happens if it rains before the product completely dries?

I don’t know. I wasn’t impressed by this product.

I wonder if anyone has found a comparable product since this one doesn't work anymore? Any recommendations for something that works how this one did?

Recently(2 months ago) it worked great for me!!!!! I can't help you. This is the best product on the market.

How does this work on pavers?

I use it on my Pacers and it works great. Make sure you apply it to the entire pace and do not spot treat it. If you do the post that you applied this product to will look slightly different. I B apply it to the entire pace let it dry and use a brush to remove the dried product.
