Works well and has a citrus smell that is pleasant
I really give it 5-stars. My dad had changed his oil in his motor home and ended up hitting the pan of dark roasted oil.... right onto his paver driveway. So his local hardware store actually carries this and he had it from using it on spots before. For him it worked great and he told me about it.... I never ordered it as I cannot get it locally. Then I decided to drain the oil the old fashion way which I never do, but my truck holds 10-quarts. First the drain plug falls in the drain of my pan and then after fishing it out I go to wash my hands. Of course when the oil first came out it gushed out onto the tire and then the floor. Great. Then after coming out after washing my hands... I noticed that the pan was good to catch the oil when it was coming out as a stream.... now it is dripping straight on the floor. Even better. So I clean up as much as I could with oil dry--- then I ran out of that too. Better yet. So what was supposed to be easy, became a big nightmare for me and I ended up having a decent size mess to handle. I do not mind smaller oil stains, it is part of life with enjoying cars and doing things yourself. On the other hand with larger spills, I just want to kick myself. So I got it all cleaned up, went out and bought some more oil dry and a can of something they had locally for oil stains... smelled like bad gas and the garage reeked for almost 4-days. I did return it as it did not work and I bought a 32oz bottle of this. Got it and applied it... then I read the instructions about air temperature and I was just on the edge, so I went with it. For me it didn't dry out to a powder, but it was right around 44-degrees in the garage, so I cannot fault the product. For me it was 1/2 powder and 1/2 slightly stuck to the floor..... a quick use of a stiff brush that I use to wash sidewalls of tires had that up in less than 1-minute. Again, it was probably too cold and they do mention that on the bottle. So I let it sit overnight and then took it up... I was quite impressed. Considering I knew it was on the edge temperature wise.... it pulled out about 75% of the darker stain that was older and closer to 90% of the new stain I had created a week before. As others say--- depending on a number of factors you may have to do it more than once and I will, but not until it gets warm again in the spring. The other great part is that it is citrus based and smells like lemon/ lime/ orange---- perfect smell for a cleaner in my opinion. Overall very happy and can't wait until spring to try it out when the temps are in the 50's and 60's.

OIL STAINS: GONE! TIRE DRESSING STAINS: GONE! PAINT STAINS: GONE!
Rarely is there truth to seemingly outlandish claims by manufacturers of "miracle cure" products. However, Pour-N-Restore works!!! The only negative thing I could come up with is clean-up. It takes more than just sweeping it up, to clean up, as they say. You'll need to hose everything down after sweeping to get it clean. But it is a 1000% faster than anything else I've used. In the last month or so I had a family member park in my driveway 4 times. Each time she left behind a 15-16" stain on my well-maintained driveway. After using this product, THE STAINS ARE GONE! I simply followed the directions. I would caution that you must shake the bottle well. Not just shake it for 30 seconds and call it good. AN ADDED BONUS. I do have some white hazy stains from tire dressing products that I haven't been able to chemically remove or remove with the twice yearly power washing I do. I also have a very thin white stain almost 2 feet long from a paint spill. Again, have used all kinds of chemical, scrubbed with a wire brush, and power washed with a 2700psi power washer. One oil stain was partially covering a tire dressing stain. I decided to to cover some of the tire dressing stain as well. A couple of feet away I spread about a 3" diameter area of the paint stain. I let it sit 8 hours in the sun. To my surprise the treated part of the paint stain was clean. So was the tire dressing stain. This is one of those product experiences that I will tell everyone that I know that cares about the cleanliness of their driveways and patios. Once this clears up after a couple of days I will do a 2nd treatment and get all of the tire dressing stains off and any of the oil stain that may have been left behind. Now that I know it works.....time to buy the jug size!!! Thank you!

This stuff sucks. It had not only settled in the bottle but it had solidified. No amount of shaking would re-emulsify the contents. I had to stick a wire through the opening and then stir the contents to get it even reasonably mixed. As to performance, it did acceptably well leaving only a slight shade of the stain. But with the consistency problem, the coverage was about 75% of claimed. No, I do not recommend this.

Works very well....but difficult to clean up
The product MUST be shaken quick vigorously to fully emulsify the product. This is an EXTREMELY important step. The clean up is also quite a job! After brushing off the powder and vacuuming it up, you must fully wash the surface. Then was it again to get rid of the residual. HOWEVER, it does the job very well if the above steps are followed. ALSO BEWARE, it is a non-returnable item., Only buy as much as you need.

Does ok for oils stains, but not perfect
I purchaced this product after a friend of mine did an oil change in my driveway and spilled the oil pan in the process (Note to self, do not allow others to do auto work at your house). I ordered this the day it happened, and was able to apply it within a few days of the event. The product is VERY thick. Since I have used it in the past, I already knew to shake it well prior to pouring it on the driveway. If you mix it well prior to pouring it spreads nicely on the areas you want it. However if you don't mix it well, initially you will get a lot of thin/watery substance, then you are unable to get the remainder of the product out rendering the entire bottle useless. The process itself is not too bad, you start out early on a nice descent weather day (not to cold or too hot and no rain). You pour the product over the stain and let it dry until powdery, then sweep up. I will say, this product did a fairly descent job of getting the stain out. I can still tell the stain was there, I am not completely happy with the result, however I have tried other products on other stains before, and this did as well if not better than other products I could buy locally. My reason for three star rating: The product is useless unless well mixed, and it takes a LOT of shaking to mix it well, it is not an easy job. This product also did not completely remove the stain.
