Good equipment, easy for beginners
This hoop has just the right amount of heft...enough to make it challenging, but not so much that you feel too tired or sore afterward. It is easy to assemble, and you can click it together in about 90 seconds. I like the cushioning, too. I got a few bruises from using this the first few times, but I experienced that with my last weighted hoop, too.

Received 3Ib fitness hoop- Would not recommend
The main reasons that I would not recommend this product is because the 3 Ib hoop gives me bruises. I don't find it all that heavy whereas it's uncomfortable, but each time I use it I receive bruises on the sides of my hips.Another reason I would not recommend it is because the package came with a small ad that read something like "phat leggs? love handles?..." and listed a few other slightly derogatory weight remarks, implying that one should fix it. I am not a fan of any product that puts people down in order to sell it.

Oh yeah! I love it. I bought the 3 lbs and I use it everyday for 15 minutes..

It’s a weighted hula hoop
It is great. My first hula hoop. Worth the money and the warranty option was a great reason to purchase. Got mine the next day. Just wear a waist trainer or something around your waist for protection. Now work out work out work out!!!!

Great idea but tears easily
Great for exercise, but be careful with the soft material. Any hits will produce a hole on it. We got two tears on the first day before we learned it. Should come with a warning!
