Excellent purchase.
This was certainly a good buy. I am using it to mix mortar to rebuild a set of steps. It was easy to assemble (check you have everything first and follow the reasonably clear instructions carefully). It is small and suitable, ideally, for use on modest projects. It works very well and takes the back breaking work out of mixing up mortar. Because of its size it is best to mix smaller quantities and empty the mix into a good sized builder's bucket rather than a wheelbarrow.

Great little mixer.
Great little mixer for household / garden tasks. Took a while to put together. TIP: Be careful putting the drum halves together, make sure the bolt holes are in the correct location to attach the internal paddles.A bit wary of the drum gear from the motor from a safety point of view but OK - keep your fingers clear.I have been mixing up to 25kg bags of concrete and mortar. I think if you were to put much more in, it would struggle a bit due to the small drum size. You have to make sure you tip the drum right over when mixing otherwise the paddles don't do their job. After a bit of practice, I've now got the knack.Overall though, for the price, it does its job and beats messing about with mixer hire companies who never drop off or pick up on time. When I ordered, I was a bit sceptical because of the price, but needn't have been.

Had to raise it safely, not tall enough for wheelbarrow to go under - see photo
This is a brilliant little mixer for home use, quiet and efficient. We are laying a new large patio and drive. Not sure how it would manage in a commercial situation, but I would recommend it for home use. As a flat pack, you can imagine there are lots and lots of bit and in a couple of places wasn't sure where to place the bits, but with a bit of common sense and patience you can work it out albeit you may have to remove a couple of bolts and put them somewhere else. You definitely need two people. But still a great little workhorse for you, and a good price. I would buy it again

Small projects
This mixer is ok for small garden projects, no suitable for anything more. I used it to mix concrete for a pond wall and it was ok as long as you mix small amounts (half a wheel barrow full)

Budget Cement Mixer
I had difficulty with a motor unit that did not work. On contacting the company, I was reassured to find a very friendly and helpful member of staff who immediately dispatched a replacement motor with return postage for the faulty unit. I was delighted with this service. The mixer is robust and simple and while the drum load is small compared to other mixers it has allowed me to landscape a sizeable back garden without difficulty. This is an affordable, yet dependable piece of kit.

Not recommended
Built the mixer up easily, used it for 2 x half loads of mortar, on the third half load it started to rotate then stopped and will not start again. Not over loaded, only 20L to 25L of mortar (Not concrete) and it could not handle it.

Hobby DIY only
Smart mixer. Takes 90 minutes to build, as instructions need to be read several times. Mixer works fine but the mix capacity is very limited. I would recommend buying a child's sand building bucket, so you only mix to limited volume, but the ratios as accurate. In simple terms its cost effective mixer vs hiring if your job is over several days, but mix qualities are small. JUST takes the sweat out of mixing!
