Best excercise card challenge
After looking online at similar products, I settled on this purchase because it was the only one that offered a comprehensive workout. Between working full time, having my daughter, family obligations etc.., I haven’t been to the gym as much as I’d like, and this has been a great alternative to fit my busy schedule. The cards are pretty simple to use and are color coded based on time/difficulty level so I always know what I’m getting myself into! (haha) I’ve been doing the workouts at home at my own pace, but there is also a competitive element which makes you want to push harder. I’ve been using this for the past couple of weeks now and I do see a huge improvement in my conditioning which is encouraging. Would definitely recommend! Also, don’t be fooled by the 8 minute workout, it’s harder than it looks!

Killer Workouts, Fast Results
Purchased my deck and got started using them right away. The benefits are MANY:- Quick, high intensity workouts that vary to keep you motivated and toned.- Cards are super easy to read and use, so your skill level as an athlete shouldn't matter too much.- Guided workouts for anyone of any athletic ability.Best part: the deck helps you become stronger and build stamina quickly as you make your way through the deck.I mostly use my deck as a cardio supplement to my regular training routine; I started leaning up instantly and could feel a difference in my stamina within a couple weeks of using the cards. I also use the cards when I don't have time to commit to a full workout. For example, on vacation recently, I used the card to put in a quick eight-minute HIIT workout after a long flight. It was a great way to feel like I got in a good pump after an exhausting day of travel.

Fun workouts!
If your into cross training and your looking for a fun way to mix up your workout then these are excellent. The workouts range from easy, medium to hard which is a plus and it's a lot of fun to draw the cards randomly with friends and create a fantastic workouts. I'll be honest they are a bit expensive for cards, but they are worth it.

These are killer!
My bestfriend and I usually are dying and sweating after throwing these into a HIIT. We love how diverse it is and any cards we dont understand or dont have equipment for we just end up making something up. Whoever thought of these were genius :)

Great Workout
Good to have these. I use them at random. I pick a random card each day to keep my on my toes. Definitely something to buy if your looking to switch up your workout!

Saving money + abs = yes
So I typically do group workout classes, like Barry’s Bootcamp or Orange Theory, but at $30 per class multiple times a week that can get super expensive. Sweat Deck has made it easy to do a HIIT workout at home or at the gym - with over 53 workouts to choose from, you simply pick a card or two from the deck and you have yourself a pre-programmed HIIT workout that’s easy to follow (unlike a lot of other workout cards on the market). Less than $30 for a Sweat Deck containing all the workouts you need vs group workout classes ringing in at $30 per class multiple times a week...Sweat Deck is a no brainer :)

These are my go-to cards!
I have many exercise cards--the ones with one exercise per card, and I love them; however, I don't use them too often because sometimes I get overwhelmed trying to figure out which exercises I want to do. Sweat Deck cards are great because the routine is already decided for you. They are simple to use and easy to understand. The variety is perfect and I love that I can choose a card based on how much time I want to work out. I focus mostly on HIIT workouts these days--they are more fun and more effective for me--so I see myself using the Sweat Deck cards often!

No thinking, no planning, pick a card and get to work!
I started my fitness in January 2020, right as I was beginning to see my hard work pay off the world shut down. I needed something to keep me active, and found these cards. I’ve done a card every day since April and am so proud to say I lost 52lbs. The pre-planned workouts made it easy and kept mixing things up keeping it exciting! Thanks sweat deck! But what’s it take to get you to repost my progress photos on Instagram?! Lol
