Great product, called company directly when it was received damaged through no fault. of theirs. (There was a hole in the box that caused a hole on the ramp, probaly caused in shipping). They quickly resolved the issue by sending a replacement, they didn't even want the damaged one returned! It was easy to assemble, lightweight and easy to install by my husband on the car by himself. Great customer service, great product at a great price!

This hauler seems to be a good quality item, but the assembly took me close to 20 hours because there are a lot of small bolts to attached the rail to the carrier - I wish these types of items would come more preassembled even though the box would be larger. The tie down rings seem a little light duty, I will probably strap the wheelchair to the frame of the carrier because it will hold better. The clamp to the carrier receiver is a good thing for stability. Overall 5 stars, good item, expect to invest time in assembly.

Received pkg on time box was a little damaged. Once I opened box and went through everything it looked like it was used with 2 large aluminum pieces bent. The plastic strapping was already cut . I needed it right away so I bent pieces good enough to complete assembly. All parts were there and I finally got it assembled and it works good. I just wonder if it fell out of the box and some one just put it all back in. It's going to get more scratched up and there will be more dings in it during usage. It works and I used it already that's what counts. It's sturdy once assembled and it fit perfectly the 2" hitch. It's worth the price i like it becuse its wider than others I was looking at.

Nice and wide, I can use this to move my snow blower, and other items that you might not want in the back of your SUV. With a 500 lbs rating it will definitely come in handy.

Normally this would be an awesome product for the price. My only problem is that it was dented and scratched. But for the purposes I intend to use it it's ok. Great construction well made. I would recommend this one. It would have gotten 5 🌟 if not for the damage. Witch dosent affect the function.

Even with a 6 in hitch drop, my powerchair is unable to go up the ramp. I've tried forward, backward, manual, and more. Nothing will get it up the ramp. The rack is also very flimsy and I question its sturdiness.
