We love that it works! Two sprays on each side, lasts 8 hours for my son. He suffered from severe sinusitis. After using this, sinusitis, is a after thought. He can go about doing his regular work and live life. Before this, he couldn't hold his head up without the constant pressure, stuffy and dripping of sinusitis. This isn't sold or available in the U.S. So waiting for several weeks to arrive, is a long wait. However, it's WORTH the wait! Buy several at one time, because of the long delivery time. But, also try and buy it, when the price is affordable. There are times it's not on Prime and the cost is over twenty dollars, plus shipping. Though, this is a HIGHLY Recommended Nose Spray for Sinusitis. It's a small bottle, but makes a BIG difference!My last purchase was in August 2021. Now in November of 2021, I'm buying 2 more.Please, please, don't ever stop making this. Amazon, keep it in stock. Please.

This is the only nipple spray I have ever gotten that actually really works it's amazing I cannot find it in any of the stores near me I believe it comes out of Canada it really works and I have tried them all!

So to be fair, this stuff works great. No matter how clogged up you are 2-3 squirts up each nostril and in 10 min you will be breathing like nothing is wrong. GREAT RIGHT?NOPE. because when it wears off in 12-15 hours your nose will be more inflamed and clogged than before. If you use it for more than a few days you may start blowing lots of blood out of your nose like i did. I used this for one month. My sinus infection would not go away. Yes it kept me breathing great. But the problem never went away only the symptom.I stopped using it. Start rinsing my nose out with a netipot warm distilled water and salt. 5 times a day. Put vicks vapor rub under each nostril to keep the nose from blocking completely up. Within a week i was 95% healed. You don't need this stuff and its not going to heal you. You need to rinse your sinus multiple times per day to keep the bacteria level down long enough for your body to get rid of it.

I like this dose sprayer better than the just bottle kind. I have frequent sinusitis and ear plugging from it. I use this randomly as needed and it works better than anything else I ever used, even expensive prescription nasal sprays. Glad I can at least buy it online, since I cannot buy it locally for whatever reason. Its a life saver for me.

I started having really bad hayfever combined with a great deal of crying (my husband recently passed) This has allowed me to be able to breathe, especially when I go to sleep. It's cheaper from this seller than from the chemist and delivered. Very happy

If you use a CPAP mask over the nose it is essential to be able to breath clearly. This is the best sinus spray ever I have used to clear the occasional sinus problem. I keep a few in resrve and a little goes a long way and I don’t have to reuse during my entire sleep so works for many hours. I so recommend Otravine, actually better for sineses but the straight squeeze bottle is great for colds..

I bought this spray to combat chronic sinusitis which affected my taste and smell - and it really works! Just a couple of sprays in each nostril and within minutes the congestion had all but disappeared. Be warned ,though, the accompanying instructions advise you not to use this long-term so it's not a permanent solution.

As a sufferer of sinusitis and sinus issue, this is a quick solution but doesn't have lasting effects. There is also a horrible taste as it works its magic 😕 Despite this, I haven't found a similar product that works better. It's ok. 👍🏻
