Exactly as expected. Kids ages 6 & 7 have a blast with these moves.

Some of these are good for children--about half of them are challenging for an adult workout if you roll a high dice number making you do a lot of reps! Gave half to my grandson and kept half.

Put these in my son’s stocking and he loves playing this exercise game! He’s four and this will be used for years to come!

This game is so simple. You honestly don't even need it to do the same thing from home. It's just dice and cards with exercises on them (run in place, sit ups, toe touch, etc). The number you roll is how many times you do each exercise. However, my kids love it and it's a great way to get their energy out. Even if you don't buy this, it's a great idea to do on your own at home with dice from another game.

My students did well with this quick fitness game - the diagrams are a bit juvenile- but cute for younger students

I bought this for my daughter who has a 2 and 4 year old who she is trying to keep busy during the lockdown. She says the game is great fun and both kids enter into it and play for a relatively long time. It is kind of hard to find a 2 year old game but this one works great.
