Gets the job done
This product work for me. I drink a cup of tea with 3 bags in the night and by 8 I clock the next morning I had to gooooo. The only negativity is it cramps your stomach.

Great product!
I am very pleased with this product. It does not cause cramping and can be used safely on a regular basis. I actually use it in addition to Metamucil and/or Miralax. My constipation woes are over!

The taste is a lil bit terrible, but not too bad. It's worth drinking. It will for sure have you visiting the restroom. When you least expect it. I love this tea for that. Poop guaranteed!
