I really like this thing. I have taken it camping and traveling through many countries. It holds a charge really well and powers my devices fast. I also bought the smaller size for my boyfriend and his seems much lighter than mine. If you're trying to save weight in your pack, the lighter one is perfect. But if you need some serious battery life, this one is great too.

We bought this product back in September to ensure we would definitely have when my grandparents came to visit . We thought it would be the perfect gift being they travel between Florida and nj an we all worry when their phones die... they had it for 4 days before the top strip fell off visiting me in the hospital . At that time something told me this is not a good sign but I did not return it ( my regret ) by the end of their two week stay the charger port broke and the entire gift was a waste of money.! It was very poorly made

As others have said, the product itself -battery- and packaging are amazing. The battery has a nice heft with a great exterior, charging speed is as expected. The reason for the 3* review is because of the cord. Not one, but TWO, of the aluminum head covers slipped off as I unplugged my phones. I have not tested the 3rd as I no longer have older gen Apple devices. I plan on gluing them back onto the head of the charger, a simple fix, but this should not happen in a product at this price range.

After using it for 2 months the unit i purchased will no longer charge up.Hoping I can get a replacement soon. It was working great!

Loved this power bank, Worked great for about 2 weeks then the mini port connection board broke and would not work.

This is a great battery. I bought it for my wife and she loves it. This size is perfect for keeping in her purse without adding a lot of bulk or weight. A few months after we got it, the micro-USB port came loose inside the battery. I contacted bPowered Up and they couldn't have been nicer. They shipped a new one right away, and it arrived in five days. Michelle emailed at each stage to make sure we were informed. Phenomenal customer service! I'll be going back to this seller for sure, because these male great gifts.

I have had two of these units myself since Christmas, and BOTH have failed. The port to charge is simply poor quality. I have been very gentle and careful with the second one, since I know the weakness from the first unit, but it didn't matter. The port just pushes inside the unit, and it's no good. The company was easy to deal with when I asked them to replace the first unit, but the exact same problem has happened to the second one. JUNK! I do not want another one, and I am very sad that I bought them for my family for gifts!

Great quality, charges consistently and fast! One of the few chargers I have that accurately puts out about 1300mAh to my phone over MicroUSB with the supplied cables (most other chargers I've come across claiming to put out 2A/2000mAh only put out around 800mAh at best when tested, depending on the cable used). I'm able to play Pokemon Go with this thing and actually have it RECHARGE my PRIV's battery instead of maintaining it, despite how the phone like to just dump power into anything with 3D graphics or HD video. The case also doubles as a heatsink if your phone gets warm/hot running heavy power-consuming apps! Would definitely recommend!
