I've bought several other oils that claim to be pure, not knowing any better I used them but the more I began to research the more I learned. Im so glad I came across plant therapy and was introduced to a real pure essential oil. I use this peppermint essential oil for just about everything from feeling nauseous to cleaning my house. Peppermint EO can be used in so many different ways. This is the real deal (they have the proof to back it up all you have to do is ask) a high quality essential oil plus its organic. Peppermint EO is pretty strong smelling and very powerful so you only need a few drops to get the job done. I really like that it comes with a built in dropper and the caps are labeled with the EO name so you can see which EO it is without taking it out of whatever container/case your keeping your EO's in. I know there are so many Oils out there that are being sold as "pure 100% therapeutic grade EO" that are nothing but fragranced chemicals and its confusing especially when you first start using EO's so please research what and where you are considering buying before you buy it. You can start with plant therapy they have a lot of educational articles on their website about what EO's are, how they are processed, and how you can use them individually or blended together to benefit your needs. If you want a pure EO that is high quality but also affordable look no further because this EO is indeed pure, high quality, and affordable plus peppermint is a basic must have in any EO collection. This Essesntial oil is worth every penny. It helps me relax and with concentration. i often put a few drops in my shampoo and soaps. It makes me feel refresed in the morning. The thing is these olis have many uses so if one use seems pointless there still another use. Keep in mind, I am incredibly picky about my essential oils. This one is pretty ok and there are much more therapeutic options. I use peppermint oil for pain relief, especially headaches and to help clear sinuses, and sometimes for digestive discomfort and for hot flashes! It is the oil I use most and I am not sensitive to it so I will dowse myself with it undiluted. I am experiencing a big delay in getting my usual brand from my usual source and I decided to try this one. It smells nice and has helped with my sinuses feeling inflamed and irritated from allergies, my body aches and a little with my headaches. I am only giving 4 stars just because I know they get better.. Elizabeth Van Buren is my favorite, i don’t think available on Amazon.. i also like do terra but they are priced too high and I have a total mistrust of network marketing companies.

I bought this to use as a spider repellent, and it works! I'm only home on the weekends, and in my absence, my baseboards were covered in house spiders. Spiders don't really bother me, but it was out of hand; they were everywhere! I evicted most of them with a vacuum cleaner, and then followed up by spraying the baseboards with peppermint oil every few weeks. I haven't seen a single spider in months now.

Love plant therapy oils. This brand is one of my favorites. They are high quality oils.
