This is a great deal on a nice TV. I'm very happy with the picture quality and functionality. The sound was a bit abrasive until I figured out how to set the internal equalizer for more bass, less treble.

Bought this to replace the 1987 19" Sony in the master bedroom. Very pleased with it, doubt one could do better for the price. I did buy a Roku Streaming Stick (Roku ready version) and had some problems setting it up so called Roku technical support and they were very helpful and we got it working just fine. Also had occasion to call oCosmo tech support about a really small issue related to signal strength (I don't have pay tv, just over the air antenna) and they too were very helpful, so I'm happy with the customer service for both companies. I'd definitely recommend this as a good, "basic" (although it does have quite a few settings, including a sleep timer - yay - which isn't mentioned in the description) tv. Also want to note it has 3 HDMI inputs, which is unusual for a set this size.

Just received this and installed in a spare bedroom on the wall. Setup was pretty quick and easy with the on screen menu. At first I just used the cable from the box and hooked to the unit using the standard cable in jack. Picture was ok but had some minor ghosting and the image wasn't as sharp and clear as it should be. Ran out and picked up an HDMI cable for the box to TV hook up. BIG difference. Nice sharp clear picture and no ghosting. Plenty of HDMI jacks and all the standard jacks used for games, Blue Rays etc. Saw a few complaints on Amazon about the sound quality and the factory remote. I had good luck by using and setting up the Equalizer. The sound is pretty darned good now and plenty of volume. I have the TV setup using the cable TV remote and the TV uses SONY codes. The only thing right now I need the factory remote for is to switch the TV source setting when turning on the grandkids Wii game system and then switching back when done playing. Light weight and easy to wall mount, I definitely recommend this set, especially at this price. Makes for a perfect 2nd TV in a bedroom. Doesn't take up much space and is light weight for wall mount or just sitting on a table or dresser in the bedroom. At the price point for this, it's practically a throw away if it goes bad and if it lasts at least a year or two then I figure I've gotten my moneys worth out of it. We have grandkids over all the time and it will see plenty of use. As far as pricing goes, I checked the big box stores and Electronics stores and when you figure in tax, this was the best deal plus 2 day free shipping with my prime membership it was a no brainer of a deal. Plus I threw in a cheap wall mount and the total was still just 195.00 and change.

bought this for my 2 year old granddaughter for xmas. plugged it in and sound was off, kinda muffled, wouldn't turn up loud, next day it quit working all together. sending it back and buying a Samsung it is a shame to pay this much for something and it to not work, my granddaughter calls tv, tt and she has been throwing a fit cause her tt won't work. thought I was making a good choice with this one and I was wrong. do not recommend

Product arrived early. I had a few things to work out while setting up such as setting up my ROKU and some settings that I wanted. Since I don't get cable and stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc...I was pleased to see that this television accommodates using my ROKU to install apps on the tv. I ended up calling their technical assistance department a total of three times. And I emailed a few times with the seller. The service was consistently excellent and friendly. Each time they walked me through the solution to my issue quickly, including setting up my ROKU.. Now I am watching a beautiful picture. The colors are sharp and bright. The contrast is excellent. It's a nice tv, especially for the price. The seller was very helpful as well and responded to my questions quickly. All in all an excellent experience purchasing this television.

I'm shocked at how fast this was delivered and the price was unreal. I was hesitant about buying an off brand, but we gave it to our son early for his room and the picture on the screen looks better then my Sony Bravia in my main room. Great TV and easy to put up. I wish I would have bought another one.

Bought in in Nov '15. It was easy to set up & was quite surprised how good the picture looked. Had no problems. Came home from work was told it quit working. Only had the tv for 6 months.

Warning you buyers right now that you're getting what you pay for. A very cheap TV. It's cheap for a reason. Got it in a nice box and put the thing together and the plastic is flimsy and thhe neck is weak like it might snap off any second. And before you ask I work with tools every day so I know how to put the thing together and am very good to my tech. I mean for the size I can see why it's that price. Screen quality is very low and it pixelates at times. It's a bit dim and the sound quality isn't that great. The remote that came with it is complete crap, so are the batteries. At least it came with its own tools though, that was alright. It's great for a short term replacement, but I don't think it's going to last me that long. It's so flimsy and light I'm almost expecting it to break down after a month or two.
