This shadow brush is rounded, like a finger nail is, so it’s great to use if you have smaller eyes like I do. It’s that great Sigma quality. Washes well, doesn’t shed. It hasn’t taken the place of a tiny, flat shader brush for me but this definitely has its place in my brush cup. 100% recommend.

These are the best brushes you can buy. Great quality. Would recommend. Great value for the money.

A little pre-history: after watching lots of reviews on Youtube where everybody says that MAC 239 a "must have", decided to treat my self for holidays and bought it at the local MAC counter (in our local mall). Used it for about one week- hated it with whole my heart- ended up by returning it to the MAC counter. Why? Because MAC 239 was very stiff, hursh, small, did not pick up eyeshadows well enough, scratchy, etc. It was like to use a kitchen spatula... Verdict:crap (at least for me). Absolutely disappointed.... So, after reading reviews about Sigma E55, desided to give this one a try, because I still needed a brush to apply my eyeshadows. And I'm very glad I did! After the very first use of this brush I just "fell in love" with it, if i can say that. It is a complete opposit to MAC 239: E55 is dens, but in the same time very soft and awesomely gentl (like a cloud), it picks up eyeshadows so dem'n well and, of course, applies them, no metter they are powdered or pressed, with glitter or matte. You just want to us it more and more. That's how good this one is. I am thinking to buy another one as a back up. Would I recomend this brush?Definitely YES, to everybody who wants to apply eyeshadows with joy. But, who has very itchy eyelids and needs a good scratch, go for MAC 239 :).

I've bought several Sigma eyeshadow brushes and this is my favourite. It's a basic brush for laying down shadow on the lid. What I like about it compared to other versions is that it is fairly small, with relatively short bristles, which gives me more control. Excellent quality and synthetic (cruelty free). For crease brushes, on the other hand, I have found Hourglass has the best. For blending out existing shadows and just blurring the lines between colours I really like the fluffy, largest headed brush in the Real Techniques Basic Eye set (it's the only one I really like in that set, but it's so good it's worth the money and I'm not a really big RT fan.) All of these use synthetic hair. Beware the white haired eye brushes, which are often goat hair. If you have allergies to horses like me, any hair from hoofed animals is risky.

Great brush for the price. Large enough to cover eyelid quickly, picks up product very well. No complaints! Would definitely buy again.

Actually I found that I already have this one. I was looking for a smaller brush. These brushes are nice so I will keep it as part of a gift later on.

The is a smaller header firm shader that I chose from a YouTube review. I primarily use it to place glitter on my eyes, add color to the inner corner, and it the tip is stiff/ thin enough to add lines of color around the eyes. This was my first sigma brush and it has held up very well over the past few months with no visible bristle damage. I love that this is a sturdy and multi use brush.

I bought this for the same reason as many people: I was told it was a dupe for mac 239. Well, it isn't a dupe (loewe-cornell 3/8 mop is the only real dupe I've found) but it is a nice brush. It's shape varies from the 239 and so does its fiber. The mac uses real hair which makes it pick up and pack on powder color a lot more effectively. When I'm using a particularly dark or matte shade, or even a cream shadow (like on my outer v), the mac brush is a must. However, this sigma one does well when it comes to frosty, light colors and so it stays in my rotation and is used pretty frequently.

Der Pinsel nimmt Lidschatten perfekt auf. Beim Abgeben der Farbe staubt er im Vergleich zu anderen Pinseln (ich kann vergleichen mit: DaVinci, Zoeva, Real Techniques und haufenweise No-Name- bzw. Drogerie-Pinseln) erstaunlich wenig. Er hat noch kein einziges Haar gelassen und ist fühlbar und sichtbar hochwertig gearbeitet. Ich kann den Hype um Sigma total nachvollziehen und finde den Preis für die Leistung ziemlich gut.

This is my favourite eyelid brush. Picks up eyeshadow perfectly and the perfect shape. Highly recommended love make up so the brush is everything to me & I'm not disappointed with this one! Thank you

very versatile. can put on/ blend colour at the same time. also do your crease. recommend
