Excellent for nordic walking and walking therapy
These have been excellent in helping me recover from my chemotherapy. They help me maintain my balance and I have significantly increased my number and speed of steps over the last few weeks. The are very adjustable including the hand straps. I highly recommend them.

Perfect in many ways
A newbie to Trekking Poles. I suppose like any other person wanting to get some trekking poles for their adventures up and down hills mountains, Tors etc I did a fair amount of research in various places from YouTube, Reviews, etc etc. on types of handles, adjustable height, locking devices and accessories for different terrain. These Cascade Mountain Tech Trekking Poles fits and ticks all the boxes. You will understand when you do your own comparison with others on the product, build quality, what they are made of and of course price. Happy Trekking

I took these on a long hiking trip and very much appreciated the additional power from using my arms and felt more confident negotiating streams and tight trails with them. The handles are reasonably comfortable, the cork feels good, but the straps do come loose and require tightening now and then. I have only used the smaller baskets. They are easily adjusted and feel secure. They are light and much lower costs than what I saw in recreational stores.

A good pole for entry-level users with some great features at an excellent price. That review was for their Carbon Fibre. These are 3K Carbon Fibre which offer greater strength.
