All I can say is this cough medicine didn't work.

It tastes great but helps cough relief for like 10 mins top. The bottle pours extremely slow, so 5 ml almost takes 1 minute to pour. Since it’s herbal, I guess it works somehow still.

I really like this cough syrup. It works well by having a calming effect on my throat. This syrup is most like Buckley's but not as abhorent; I think it tastes good.What I like the best about it is the no drip, slow pour design of the bottle and how the measuring cup snaps on top of the lids for storage. Whoever designed the bottle definitely knew what they were doing.Overall, it's no miracle cure but it does help.

Great for de phlegm and clearing airways. It's a different type of active medicine then the traditional. Large bottle where a little goes a long way unless your very sick. Reasonable price for the a decent expiry window.

I am a huge fan of Helixia for kids so of course had to try the adult version too! The kids version tastes like honey, this one is mentol. I actually don't mind the taste at all!The syrup does help with productive cough, and it sure soothes my throat when it gets irritated by the coughing. It's a not a cure - it's an addition to whatever else you are doing to get better.Thumbs up from me.

The Prospan By Helixia Prospan By Helixia Menthol is an acceptable tasting syrup for adults and adolescents. The package indicates to take for at LEAST a WEEK though, so it is not a highly effective syrup for acute coughs - more appropriate for chronic mucous or coughs. We used it for the recommended period with a dry cough, and it was mildly effective.
