For those who have owned a Zgemma box in the past, will know how frustrating it is when the blue screen appears randomly when trying to download certain plugins. This box is fast and reloads very quickly, so my advice pay the extra money for this box for the speed and functionality it provides.Sure, you could go for the cheaper models - but this box just ticks all of the boxes in terms of performance, build quality, software, hardware, speed and stability. Yes, it's a shame that you can't get all of the UK channels - but free view wise, it is the best box I've owned.

No much support for Connecting and getting it to work (No Support)

I am anIT pro of 20 years experience. This item frustrated and annoyed me beyond words. I fitted a 1 TB drive internally and from the first moment it told me there was no room on it to record. I changed the HDD and it still told me it had no room to record. I setup terrestrial channels. it found them all but totally failed to allow me to use them. All the visible channels were German or French. The box indicated KODI installed........but where is it? I couldn't see or control the HDDS. 1 External, 1 Internal. Couldn 't format them so assumed that the NTFS would be OK. I am so angry with this device. AVOID LIKE THE P:LAGUE!!!!!!
