Get them now!!!!
I got an open box deal for $75. These 10’s bang hard in a crown Vic big body car so if you have a smaller car you will be pleased. I blocked off 1 port on each wide with cardboard and electrical tape because the box was “farting”. Blocking the 2 ports made the box hit much harder and cleaned up the bottom end. I had very low expectations but seriously unless you’re into Gucci stuff and like to flaunt how much you pay for stuff these work really well paired with an ignite r1600/1d amp they are very capable. Get them if you want to add some punch to your sound. I listen to literally everything from Gucci mane to trap to Tyler Childers country all types of death metal and progressive like The Contortionist and jazz from Miles Davis to Dizzy Gillespie and anything in between. Seriously this is a good product.

Awesome band pass box!
OK, I’ve seen mixed reviews on this so I had to chime in even though I rarely write reviews but decided to review everything today that I just put into my 2500 RMS watt car system. I’ve been a music engineer for over 25 years with my own studio in my house so I know audio and I make plenty of money so I could’ve gotten something better for lack of a better word, but I believe in getting great sound with less money if possible and these did not disappoint. They are taking about 600 W RMS together. Just like one of the other reviews I read and maybe it’s because we’re both pushing them to the limit, but I did have to pull the two top port sleeves out because it was making some wheezing noises. But I’m pushing them to the max with a great system, and they sound awesome. I think when you see a bad review it’s because people buy them because they’re on a budget, which I wasn’t on a budget but again I wanna get awesome stuff for less money if it works, and then I think they put them in and don’t tune them properly or use equipment to actually check the wattage that they’re giving them and then probably just blow them or make them sound really horrible. They’re not super high-end expensive stuff that’s gonna take someone not tuning everything right. If you slam them with too much power, I’m sure they’ll blow pretty quick and they won’t sound great but if you know what you’re doing, and I recommend using an oscilloscope , then they will perform and last.

speakers cannot handle rated wattage
Hooked this to Kenwood X700-5 5-Channel Car Amp. sub channel is rated at 500w at 2 ohms. Subs lasted maybe 20 seconds. Sounds great if you dont mind replacing subs as soon as you buy it. I put in two Jensen subs 1200w 12s. Just plan to buy new subs if you want the box. Box is particle board and three screws were already stripped out. wood is thin.

Pyramid 1000W Dual Bandpass Speaker System - Car Audio Subwoofer w/ Neon Accent Lighting
The Pyramid 1000W dual bandpass subwoofer system is a great option if you want big sound without breaking the bank. Installation was straightforward, and once connected, the bass response was impressive—tight, powerful, and fills the car easily. The plexiglass front lets you see the subs moving, and the neon accent lighting gives it that extra show-car vibe that turns heads. They’re not competition-grade subs, but for everyday driving and casual listening, they deliver plenty of power and look great doing it. If you want both performance and style at a budget-friendly price, this system is a strong choice.

Dis Subs Rock Hard..
Man i bought these 2 Subwoofers because they came in a box, has the perfect mesurements, fits great in my Minivan, and to be honest because of the customer reviews, seemed like everyone liked them, like me just read for yourself.. I bought a 1100 Watt Amp for it and am currently giving it 500 watts each.. They sound Badass and give a Big Boom, Boom, sound!!! I really recommend this item, especially because of the Price!!! I bought it for less than $100.00, saved alot of money compared to what other people paid just for their subs, box not included!!! And the shipping was Fast, i received this item in 2(two) days And in perfect condition.. Oh, and just so you know, I turn down almost all the Bass on my stock radio And the Bass Still Sounds Really Loud, I Love It.. ;D BUY IT, YOU WONT REGRET IT I PROMISE.. Thank you Amazon.com and Everybody who made this purchase possible.. 8D

What To Expect
These subs are 300 Watts RMS each @4 Ohms. I have them installed to a Onyx1.1500 Class D Amp with a 5 Farad Capacitor in my 1991 Buick Park Avenue facing to the rear end. The subs move a lot but this does not seem to correlate to much of a "feel" to the bass. I am curious if they would sound better in an open face box, sealed or ported I do not know yet, but would be willing to wager that it would not diminish the overall performance. I would not doubt it if Pyramid just placed some subs into this box without regard to the correct tuning parameters. The box itself is of fair construction, as it does rattle a lot indicating that it is not a thick MDF wood. For the price point I can not argue with the quality, but i think that I will try them in a different cabinet. Conclusion: At certain low frequencies this system hits pretty decent which suggests that the cabinet tuning is narrow. Most of the bass sounds somewhat "muddy" or "muffled". Not a tight or chest rattling bass that I have had with Kicker subs. I currently have the Amp configured as follows: Crossover:250Hz, Level:0.2V, Bass EQ:10dB, Subsonic:35Hz. Addendum: Just today one of the subs smoked while listening to "DJ Magic Mike - Make The Car Go Boom". Well it turns out it wasn't the car that went "boom". Will be returned for refund. Pyramid is cheap but not reliable IMHO. Good luck to those who buy.

The trials and tribulations of owning this Sub.
This Sub is responsible for the following: -The death of all immediate family -37 Tickets ( 6 for attempted manslaughter by bass, not pretty...) -God has ceased to exist -Blown out 7 tires, 11 windows, and 2 candles -Genitals have melted off -Super cancer has been discovered -World hunger reaches an all time high -Suicide rates soar...off a 30 story building -Buildings and infrastructure have begun to fail and crumble -87 Riots -A global terrorist attack where they all smarten up and join forces to eradicate all remaining human beings 5/5 zero regrets other than I didn't buy 2

Broken on arrival.
Was hoping it'd be a decent box, with maybe the subs needing replacement. Turns out, the subs are fine and the box needs replacement. If you have the same box that's rattling, likely broken wood inside. The box IS made with particle board. For small speakers, like surround sound, you can get away using particle. With this sub setup, MDF would've been a better choice for the wood holding the speakers. Arguably the rest the box being particle with MDF to hold the speakers would've been the best choice to still keep this as a budget setup, and not be just junk. I knew buying this, it likely wasn't going to be of the highest quality. I like to build budget systems, have very low standards, so when it fires up I at least get a little surprised. However nah, just got a broken box and alot of disappointment. I'm getting my money back, and keeping the box. No point in sending a pile of firewood with 2 speakers that haven't even seen a bass note back to wherever. They'll likely toss it all anyway. Kind of sad, box looks like a fairly good bandpass box to start with, but sadly I won't be able to even start with mine as it's just broken. *Update 8/10/22* Got the box rebuilt. The grey ports just pop in. Spray adhesive will fix that. Turns out they use some weird hardened stuff with what ended up becoming white dust as the sealant. I popped off one side cutting the carpet to take off the bottom board. Oh boy was thing budget built alright. Took awhile scraping off the old powdery stuff they used. Replacing the board, I figured out the angle I needed to fit MDF board in (my box was warped, but 15° to 17° cuts) and used gorilla glue construction adhesive to seal all the corners. Used 2 24" clamps to squeeze it all together while sealing. Might need to add some wide speaker foam tape for the acrylic piece, might be leaking air. The acrylic piece vibrates a bit, maybe that can be fixed using acrylic bar(s) at 45° angles to stiffen it up. Now that I fixed the box, it's not half bad. The speakers feel stiff springed, I'm used to a cheap sub I had that was soft spring. The amp I have currently is bad, it'll heat up to releasing electronic scents in the air in about half hour. I have a new one on the way. But this part of my review is based on the bad amp powering them. So far they work lmao! Can't lie sorta cracked a smile seeing my rear view mirror vibrate like crazy. And being in my trunk port facing outward technically sealed in my trunk, bass was loud enough to hear clearly with my amp. I'll give a star for the fact the speakers work, and produce a good bit of sound. Amps not that strong so not sure how loud they can really get. Still wouldn't recommend, but at least it's decent (when it's not broken). *Update sep 2* Well, killed the speakers. One threw its coil, the other is stuck. Wasnt trying to kill them. But I guess I was pushing them too hard with a hifonics 1900w amp. Using math with an oscope I was able to get within the speakers range of power with this amp, I did not do the meme of "using gain as volume". I'll still say it was user error (mine), is the reason the speakers blew up. They did sound great before then, but these speakers won't making sound anymore. I don't think I'll need to update anymore. I'll get speakers and give the box one last round. Definitely save up for better, or buy it to use the box as a template to rebuild with better material and reuse the acrylic piece and ports.
