I was expecting to only use this on vacation, but I have been using it for the entire week and think I will probably keep it as my normal case. I tested it out in a water bath before putting my phone in and it was completely waterproof. You do have to take care to make sure the silicone part is touching the hard plastic all the way around the phone with no gaps. The buttons are all fully functional and it has good protection around the entire phone. The fingerprint button does work. It is a little bit more finicky than normal, but not enough to make me switch back to a regular case. I'm glad my screen is protected in full and I no longer have to worry about any water problems. Some reviews complained about muffled speech. I have placed several calls without any issues, but of course it might sound muffled, it is entirely encased in plastic. I would highly recommend. I am still a little skeptical of photo quality. I can't tell the difference right now, but especially in selfie-mode, the plastic is not going to be as clear as the original glass covering. If i were trying to take photos for enlargement or something, probably not a good idea, but for the purpose, it's perfect.

Love this case for iPhone 8plus. Returned 2 other brands bc of issues with fit and aesthetics. Disclaimer: I don’t plan on needing full waterproof, so I didn’t do waterproof test. I need a full body case to protect phone from toddler and big kids roughness, and water/sand/dust. This one looks sleek w white and gray and clear back so gold phone shines thru... thin/not bulky, works w tempered glass, Touch ID works, sound seems good/people hear me when I pop the charger flap open. Fits good...no bubbles or touchscreen issues . I added tempered glass, but I don’t feel that I need it. Super pleased fingerprint ID works. Very satisfied!Update: even my (non-apple) charger cord fits in the case for charging! Also...case is easy to take on and off...very much reminds me of my 6s life proof.

Can’t rate durability yet because I haven’t dropped it yet, but so far I really like this case. Waterproof tested overnight. Sound is good. Button sensitivity is great; I was really surprised. Touch sensitivity, no problems. Silent knob is rotary, which works the best. I’ve had a lot of waterproof cases, Lifeproof included, and I prefer the rotary knob. Love knowing my iphone 7+ is being kept in as purchased condition. Also like the gray and white. When enclosing the phone in the two halves the edges seem iffy on assembly, like they’re not going to seal very strongly, but so far, no issues at all.Ps. The lightning port accepts non apple charging cords! 😊 😃

I took a chance being skeptical about the quality, however, I was greatly surprised. I am extremely happy with this case. It was easy to install, it's sleek and aesthetically pleasing. Also, the sound quality is great, people can hear me just fine. I haven't tested out the waterproof aspect but it seems to be the same as a life proof case design so I can't imagine there will be an issue.

I am pretty pleased with this product, especially for the price. The reason for 4 stars is because it is difficult to hear the person talking. Really have to put it up to ur ear. Also, it’s difficult for the other party to hear you as well. I have to pull out the protective piece for the charger and speak directly into it.But!! I did drop my phone into the toilet and it was completely dry!! That to me, was what is most important.. but I will eventually go with a different case.

This might have been a great case. I will never know. They thought it would be a good idea to place a big sticker that was hard to remove right where it goes over your screen. It was hard to remove then left a nasty residue that made the screen not clear. Not the brightest idea.

I like but 2 big for my phone will give it to a friend

When I received this it appears to have chocolate on it (literally had a finger print on it in chocolate) also had what appeared to be coffee on it. Unless it was connected to Bluetooth it was hard for who I was talking to to hear unless I unplugged the charge port.
