I just bought an AT-LP60 tunrtable and I'm new to vinyl but I have heard the stylus has a ton to do with the sound quality. Will this fit my table?

No. The cartridge on the AT-LP60 is an Audio Technica brand. The Shure stylus will not fit. Your best bet is to replace the AT stylus if it is damaged or replace the cartridge if you want to try something new. You must use a P-mount cartridge with the AT-LP60

Shure M44-7 is this made for just mixing and playing music? Can it be used for DJs that want to scratched on control vinyl?

Will this needle work with a sony pslx300usb usb turntable?

Looking at the Sony PSLX 300 USB not think is the right needle. This one have 4 wires to connect to the headshell.

Is this cartridge better then the at95e?

Yes these cartridges are made for DJ scratching, they are better quality cartridges compared to the at95e.
