Unreliable
This is the most unreliable piece of equipment ever. It overheats, loses connection to the system it's supposed to work with and basically decides when it will work or not - disaster.

Amazing scanner!
We just did inventory of over 1000 products battery held up and had smooth results going from paper to high gloss bags. Also size as reported in prior reviews was not a problem we experienced and we had all size skus it stayed connected was easy to use and held its battery life.

Llego dañado. El lector se apaga al presionar el boton para scannear productos, no se puede conectar via bluetooth.

Defective product
This thing is an absolute piece of junk. It randomly stops working and won’t charge. The only solution is to pull the batteries out and wait 10 minutes (that is what the manufacturer website recommends). Hard to do that when you have a line of customers waiting to check out. Do not buy this.

Significant improvement over older model.
Love this scanner! We had the old square scanner and it broke and I was upset at first with having to buy a new one but this one is so much better! It used to be that you would scan something, and you'd have to hit the enter line on the screen between each scanned item but this one automatically let's you move on to scan the next item. Seems like such a small thing but it helps speed up the cashing-out process!
