These worked almost immediately and for the next 4 months perfectly for the night sweats and horrible hot flashes. I'm on my 5th month, 1 week into the 5th pack and my hot flashes are returning. The packaging has been the same so I'm not sure why they became in-effective, I'll finish off the 5th month to see if maybe something else is causing it.

Not to be dramatic, but Estroven Complete is a lifesaver. I’m 45 and in perimenopause with all of the fun symptoms that go along with it. I have been experiencing sleeplessness where I wake up every two to three hours, often covered in sweat and feeling like my body is on fire. My brain fog has been terrible, to the point where I finally called my doctor while ugly crying and she immediately had me going for labs to check my hormones and recommended this supplement to help. The box says it can take around 90 days for relief but I’ve been feeling increasingly better since the second day. I’m a month in and just ordered my second box and there has been a dramatic decrease in hot flashes at night and I haven’t woken up in a pool of sweat in a few weeks. I haven’t felt like I’ve had extreme brain fog like I was having previously, either. Sleeplessness is still a slight issue but I have more good nights than I had been, so I consider that a win.
