Not a fan of big pharma chemical scripts, I tried this thinking perimenpause was my reason for mood swings, snippy responses and over all malaise...This cream helped over night, helps me sleep and my anxiety is at a minimum, and a lost less of the rage filled out burst. Give it time it will help!

After taking this supplement for 28 days I noticed my mood had improved , not crying as easily and deep muscular pain has significantly decreased,metal clarity and energy are also much better. Started taking these at the beginning of last year for hot flashes. Did take a couple of weeks to kick in, but when it did I was a game changer. I was kind of prolonging HRT until I did more research so this was a great substitute. About 10 months in, I did notice that the hot flashes were coming back. I did visit a doctor and began HRT but this did buy me some time and did work very well for awhile.

I used to use the gold label of this. When it changed to the pinkish red label something in the formula changed too. It doesn’t work as well. Just not the same. My hot flashes were gone… now with this change, night sweats are back. I bought wha was marketed as gold label this last time and it arrived as the pinkish red label anyway.

This has really helped my perimenopause issues. It did take a couple of months before I saw some relief. Hardly have hot flashes, mental clarity is a bit better. It might have slightly helped with my hip/leg aches but not completely.
