Ich nehme dieses Selen schon seit ein paar Jahren.
Meine Schilddrüsenwerte passen damit. Dieses Selen hält meinen Basedow in schach. Das ist für mich das wichtigste! Ich habe dieses Selen bisher im Robert Franz OPC Shop gekauft.

AMAZONE A LIVRE ! VITE DANS LA BOITE AUX LETTRES.. CE PRODUIT JE NE LE CONNAISSAIS PAS. SELENIUM.. Alors que d'habitude, j'achetai des boîtes qui ne se font plus ! Mais grosse frayeur ! Car dès l'ouverture du paquet ouvert ainsi que l'autre je n'ai pas hésité à sortir une "pastille blanche" et un "cachou" de l'autre boite Forcapil pour les cheveux (cure habituelle mais changement de packaging!).. Bref, quand j'a sorti la boîte un pressentiment écrit en Allemand !! Revenue sur Amazone...Oui, c'était bien du sélénium mais envoi de la boîte écrite en allemand d'où qu'est-ce que j'ai avalé !! Tout va bien.. On attend de voir ce que cela vont donner sur la peau ongles cheveux etc.

Ich dachte, es kämen Kapseln. Es handelt sich aber um ziemlich große und feste TAbletten, die für mich nicht so einfach zu schlucken sind.
