We ordered the shower system over a year ago when we started demolition of our master bathroom. However, thanks to Hurricane Irma and the resulting flooding, we had to postpone the renovation to repair flood damages.We installed the "new" system and within 1 month, a screw in the top plate of the overhead shower came loose and water was seeping between the two pieces. Apparently the internal screw threads were stripped in two screw holes.I contacted Hank at the Horizon Direct Depot. He was super courteous and was very willing to work with us. I was very surprised since it had been over a year since we ordered! He immediately put a new one in the mail along with a shipping label for the defective one. He was also very careful to make sure he sent the right color bronze, so we sent him pictures. Everything is working wonderfully!! Thank you Hank!!

This shower is in the process of being installed by my contractor. He has been very impressed with the packaging, the quality of all of the parts, & overall what an impressive shower this will be. The oil rubbed bronze finish is beautiful!

The media could not be loaded. This shower was my dream come true and i was loving it, till recently, the LED lights stopped working and Shower started making loud noise ( see the video). As the product is still in warranty, I have contacted the seller and also sent them message via amazon. If they honor the warranty and help with the fix, I would update the rating n review. It is five star product as long as its working.updating 2/18: Seller sent me replacement shower head which i still have to install. Good to know that LED's are replaceable and shower head is available, however i see another problem today the hand held is getting rusted. Don't know how come chrome plated steel can be so bad. have sent the seller a note to see what he suggests

This shower system is amazing with all its gadgets and huge 20" rainfall. Our contractor had some installation questions and was missing a set screw. Hank from Horizon Direct Depot fixed us right up, provided fantastic phone and email support and shipped the small part right away. Note that we are planning to add a slide bar for the handheld shower.

I wish I could give this product 5 stars but although it is nice in theory, it does not work the way it should. I purchased this for my new shower and had it professionally installed. From the first day we started using it, I noticed that the rainfall shower gets cooler when the body jets are turned on which is disappointing because it defeats the point as it is SO nice when they are both on. This may be a problem with our water heater and since I wasn't sure, I let it go. I LOVED the shower head colors while they worked. It has only been 3 months and they no longer work anymore which is a shame because it was nice. The most annoying part was a month after installation the rain shower head started making this annoying whistling sound at times. At first I could remedy it by just turning it off and back on but eventually that stopped working. I thought I would have to buy a new shower head but miraculously when the shower head lights stopped working, it made the whistling sound go away. Although I LOVED the lights, I would take no lights over annoying whistling sound. I wish it didn't have so many issues especially since I have only been using it for about 3 months. I will also say one thing I am thinking of seeing about getting a new water heater or a water heater especially for my new bathroom. Even though we never had issue with our water heater before it cannot handle the body jets for more than a fee which is a shame because they are so relaxing. I would give this product 5 star if it didn't start malfunctioning because it is a nice design.

This shower set is beautiful and my installer said I got a great deal for the quality and cost. I can’t speak yet to use as still waiting on shower/steam combo to be finished.

I love this shower! I actually bought two sets and made a massive awesome shower! They work great, it is an awesome product. I did not install it I did have plumbers do it so I can not speak to how easy or hard it is to install but it is an awesome unit!
