Lovely product however arrived damaged so very disappointed Very poor packaging to say the least Too complicated to return therefore no options than to keep it

I found that this table came in excellent condition, but I can understand why other customers have had theirs damaged, as the packing is light and the boxes were clearly handled roughly with, tears, gouges etc. I bet DHL through them around and with a heavy metal table damage is bound to occur. Otherwise my table looks great and a quarter of the price compared to garden furniture stores.

Item arrived with damaged box and tiles not level. Received half of my money back as was unable to return as had destroyed box

Chair seats a little too small for comfort...table nice and substantial..4 stars.

I ordered this set after trekking round garden centres - all other similar sets were more expensive and not of the same quality. I'm really pleased with this beautiful bistro set. Its fits perfectly in the space I was looking at creating a seating area with character. The colours on the tiles are beautiful - reminiscent of holidays in Italy!

Expensive, poor quality rusty within 24 hrs and arrived with bits of glass broken allowing water to seep under glass

This is a truly beautiful bistro set, lots of orange and greens. Whilst it is mainly finished to a superior standard, its a bit disappointing that some of the table tiles have not been set flush. I was expecting a totally excellent finish for this price. I still love it though.
