VitanicaWomen's Phase II, Menopause Support, Vegan, 180 Capsules

I did an experiment on myself not on purpose with menopause symptoms. I have been taking Vitanica Phase II for a while and ran out and I thought, well, let's see if I can do without it. The answer would be no, LOL. That one helps with the Beeotch attitude so definitely a must. I take 3 things for menopause and never realized how well they were working until I stopped taking each one, one by one. The Smokey Mountain Dim happens to stop the hot flashes for me. The 3rd is Smokey Mountain Progesto-Life for the very raw soreness pain in the feminine area. I have no menopause symptoms with all 3 of these. I get all 3 on Amazon. I hope this helps some of you.

This stuff really works. I’m one of those unfortunate women who’s suffered hot flashes for years. I gave up wine and spicy food, even sugar to some degree. The hot flashes persisted. Then, several years ago, my naturopath recommended Women’s Phase II. I’m so glad she did. I can’t tell you what a difference it has made. Now 64, I take two capsules every morning. If something I’ve eaten triggers hot flashes later in the day, I take two more capsules. Within minutes my hot flashes have subsided. I’ve lost count of the number of women I’ve recommended this product to.

I just started heading into hot flash and night sweat territory. This product offered instant relief to my surprise. Took two in the morning and two in the evening. I will start tapering off by 1 capsule every two weeks and see how I feel. I highly recommend this product as a supplement used for menopause support. The side effect was increased energy and brain power. I've never had good memory recall and now my brain is on super power!!

I have used this product for 18 years and I was going to stop using it, but decided that it keeps my body healthy, I have never had any post menopause symptoms,ie. night sweats, hot flashes and I sleep well! So why ruin a good thing. Love Women’s Phase II

I had this supplement prescribed by a state licensed naturopath to help ward off perimenopausal symptoms. Looking at the ingredients, I would have expected this to be helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't really notice that it did much for my symptoms. They seemed to remain exactly the same. I suppose it's possible they would have worsened had I not been taking the supplement, so for that reason I'm giving it three stars. I found it pretty significant that when I stopped taking it for over a month I noticed absolutely no difference though. So I don't think I'll continue to order it. A replacement supplement is turning out to be much more effective.This is generally a good brand, which ingredients listed showing as accurate when tested. So it may be that I just don't react well to this particular supplement. Everyone's body is different and I would think others might have a different experience.

First of all, I think that finding supplements that work is a very individual process. Things like diet, activity, genetics all play a role in how menopause presents in each individual. This is the third one that I have tried and folks, I think we have a winner. My primary concern was anxiety which, until I did a little research, was not aware could be a symptom of menopause. I have also had moodiness, depression, night sweats, itchiness (I know! Didn't know about that connection either). All of these things have been greatly reduced or eliminated since using this product. And, at the risk of TMI - my husband is excited (no pun intended) at the improvement in my libido. I waited to write this review until I was through a complete cycle and so far I am very, very happy!

I had been using another product but after 9 months, it was losing its effectiveness. I decided to try these and am so happy with the results. No hot flashes, no moldiness, no weight gain, and I sleep like a dream.

I don’t know about “warmth” & “thickness”, but hot flashes & night sweats are at ZERO since I started taking this product, and that is worth a lot!
