I wish I would’ve found this stuff sooner. I assume if you use it regularly from the start of your cue’s life, it will stay close to as clean as when you bought it. After about two to three years of owning my Lucasi cue, my cousin brought these products over to my house and cleaned it with them since he had just found out about them himself. I had never really thought to lookup cue cleaning products before and hadn’t ever given it a good cleaning, so it had a ton of chalk residue and oils caked onto it. From years of playing, the very light-colored wood of the shaft had been stained a pretty deep red from table chalk, but after just one cleaning, the red had become much, much fainter. It’s not back to its original color and probably never will be after so long without cleaning and just general use, but it does look much nicer. All that is cosmetic, but does it do anything for the feel of the cue? Yes!! After cleaning and applying the conditioner, you’ll notice that almost all of the friction between your hand and cue has been removed, making the shaft glide extremely smoothly through your bridge. If you don’t have access to hand chalk and either don’t like the feeling of or don’t have a glove, this will allow you to play much easier with your bridge hand and cue, making direct contact with each other.

I usually cleaned my shafts with magic erasers and a leather cloth. But I thought it might be nice to try this. The cleaner didn’t really do much for the chalk but it did help with removing hand oils. The shaft conditioner worked really well. Super smooth and dried nicely. I was worried about it leaving behind a weird residue but it felt great. The only problem was it wore off and felt oily and chalky again after 2 uses.

Does what it is supposed to do.

I belong to a pool team and I gave these as little Christmas gifts! Everyone loved them and the products fit perfectly into pool cases. This product is top of the line to keep your sticks very clean.

The product performed as expected. The Sil Kleen didn't work as well as I would have liked first off and I precleaned with a Mr. Clean sponge to pull the chalk residue from the shaft, dried it and buffed the shaft with a 600 grit sanding sponge to seal the grain of the shaft then used the Sil Kleen as directed after. I then applied the Cue Silk and was very pleased with the results, it's like new again.

This product is amazing so my custom made shaft was getting sticky. like it would drag a lot. even if I use a rag or wipe it would be good for a rack or two then right back where I started. so the cleaner surprised but some on there wiped it down and my nice white cloth had a bunch of black smears and you can feel all the grittiness starting to come off kept wiping and look good. but what really surprised me was the conditioner after I polished for 30 seconds like it said my shaft was so smoothed like it was glass played with it a couple of nights already and still like glass. also I play with no glove or powder on my hands

This works great. A friend let me use his and that is all it took. Easily cleans cue shaft.
