It does not have a spout.
I have the same kind of pot but plastic joint broke so I bout this one. Luckily it fits on my old pot so It is great but this new one does not have a spout to pour. It does not make any sense not to have the part. How will you pour tea without it?

Good teapot but post tea cleaning is not easy
