Classic RPG Black & white Dice Set (7)

I have a black set like this and wanted to add a few more dice that matched . These weren’t black. More of a dark grey.

Super cute font that stands out on the table alongside a lot of boring fonts. And they appear to do what they're designed to do...Before buying these I read lots of dice reviews and thought, wow, what is there to say about dice? The main complaint I saw down in the one- and two-stars (for all dice; not necessarily these ones) was regarding uneven weighting, as "evidenced" by people throwing consistently poor rolls. I think that rolling the same number many times can happen, and often does, with perfectly formed dice. I didn't see any sound data to support any of their claims and I think people may be biased by casually self-selecting data points that support their suspicions about why they rolled such a bad game. I look forward to rolling a large, unbiased sample set with these super-cute dice, crunching the numbers, and then returning to this review to update with real data. Some day.

I really like the way these dice look, which is why I bought them. They arrived quickly and in good condition. They only get 4 stars because they're not the most balanced dice. The d20 I received heavily favors heavily favors 14, and strongly favors 18, 2, 4, 20, and occasionally 5. All of those numbers happen to be on the same side of the die which obviously indicates an unbalanced die. It's not as bad with a dice tower, but still noticeable. I probably won't use this set when I GM (at least not the d20), but won't mind letting one of my new players use it due to the slight high roll bias which will ensure they have fun.

The dice are really nice. A lot lighter than I was expecting. Also there are no indentations for the numbers. They are just painted on the outside of the sides of the dice. Still very nice, but seems kind of cheaply painted on. If the numbers were actually carved into the dice and painted I’d give 5 stars.

The dice feel and look nice, but I can't seem to roll anything higher than a 12 with them. If I hand them to other people around the table they work fine, but give them back to me and low numbers again. LOL

These dice are simple, easy to read, and inexpensive, but they still stand out form your run of the mill dice, even with just a black and white color scheme. They feel well made, and the inking is very clean and professional. One of my favorite sets already!

I bought this set for a friend...and I purchased a set of Chessex dice for myself....I do believe not only were his cheaper before S&H, but that they may have been of a slightly better quality. but, too each is own and he is thoroughly pleased with this set of dice

These dice are easy to read but still have character. My buddy got really fancy green elf dice and we all make fun of him because no one can read them, so he has to use other dice anyway. These do a good job.

I love these dice. Been looking for a complete set for ages. Other sites sold them separately but not as a set. Very well made, nice feel and weight and thrown very well indeed. Top marks 😊

Incluso en los dados básicos esta marca hace muy bien su trabajo. Dados muy bien hecho y perfilados, con un diseño que, aunque básico, está muy bien.Actualizacion: llevo un par de juegos de esta clase de dados (los negros y los que tienen color parecido al pergamino) y debo decir que esta marca nunca decepciona. Cuando los dados llegan se ven incluso más chulos que en la foto.Actualización: al final he caído con otro color distinto de este set de dados.
