I purchased my unit last year and use it to wash our 43 foot motor home. This is the real and and works as billed. The battery operated meter works really well. Having zero water spots on such a large coach is really a nice experience. We just ordered replacement cartridges through their exchange program which we are happy with as well. You are sent replacement filled cartridges. They send you new cartridges, just send back the used ones. The box shipped can be reused and they even provide you a prepaid Fedex Ground return label.

Seemed to work best on my 2018 D1500 with silver clearcoat paint that had not been waxed. Works really good on the windows. Will try it on my house windows.

YOU CLAIM IT IS SPOT FREE. WELL IT'S NOT SPOT FREE AND YOU A JOCK FOR ADVERTISING THE PRODUCT THAT WAS. YOU CAN EVEN GET SPOT FREE RESULTS IF YOU COMPLETELY DRIED THE CAR. NOT WORTH HAVING EVEN IF THEY GAVE IT TO YOU GEORGE TORN

Have been using this product for a couple of months and love it! I assembled per the directions and now when taking the cylinders off to change the media one came off easily with the provided tool. The other would not budge finally broke the plastic tool make to loosen the cylinder containing the media. Am going to have to buy a bigger pipe wrench than I currently own to get this loose from the housing. Very disappointed in this product after it was time to maintain it! Very expensive for a one time media use..

I bought this exact model elsewhere (warehouse club). It always left spots after air drying. Customers say it's sensitive to water pressure; I'm guessing if the water moves thru too fast some contaminants slip thru. I tried every pressure down to almost a dribble. It still left water spots. The meter displaying how clean the water was always read 000 so I have to assume there are spot producing contaminants in some water that it does not filter (or measure). Our water even unfiltered doesn't leave bad spots, so I had real hopes for this. The place I bought it gave a full refund. I am replacing it with an 8HP heated blower. My goal is to eliminate any contact during drying (microfiber, chamois, etc.).
