OZARK Trail Family Camping Tent,

Not only is this tent easy to set up, it withstood a thunderstorm with heavy down pour one day and straight line winds and heavy rain the next day. Not one drop of rain got inside and the winds were so strong that one side was almost flat. We did buy stronger stakes though.

I just had to do a review on this tent. I got it for my son for Christmas and we sleep in it New Year’s Eve in a cold rain. We stayed nice and dry, but the most amazing thing was the wind was blowing that night from 20-45mph and this thing held up. The wind was so bad it snapped two of the 1/8 inch paracord tie downs but the tend did not rip.

I usually write very positive reviews. This one will not be however. The tent is large and spacious. I am currently in contact with the seller about refunding or exchanging. 1 trip camping and there is a hole in the bottom, and the fabric over the door has about a 1' long rip in it. It was windy, but neither of these defects have anything to do with wind.The floor is extremely thin, as the cot wore a hole in it the first night (No rocks under tent) and when the door was used the tear above it happened. Ozark is usually good products.I will revise my review if and when they make it right.For now, I feel like I wasted almost 200.00Maybe should have stayed with Coleman :-( ??

The seller lies to you and tells you it's an instant tent but really it has poles and everything that you have to put together. instant tent means the poles are inside the tent they do not come out this and it folds all up and it's easy this is not this is a scam. If you are looking for an instant tent this is not it.

The 100% negative review is wrong....anyone can put this tent together by reading and following the instructions. Now, with the help of the "instructions" I put the tent together FIRST TIME in a half hour. If you never put together a tent..this is helpful. 1. look at the parts, 2. READ the steps, 3. Take your time, 4. This part is in the instructions, "first time do it before your trip"... I had to refer back to the steps for understanding of why the parts fit the way they do. I took a few pics just to document what it looked like out of the box and before and after the set up....so take your time, and you will get this nice tent up in no time and you will figure out, it's easy.

The tent is huge. It's easy to set up, once YOU figure out how, as the directions are not remotely clear. Aside from all of that, there is only ONE hiccough that I can say is that the zipper is awful; I'm not sure why it was set up this way.

I bought this tent for my daughter and her boyfriend. They were thrilled. She said it was relatively easy to set up and she liked the way it was separated into 2 rooms! They could keep supplies on one side and use the other as a bedroom area. Very sturdy & well crafted. Good detailing. She really didn’t have any complaints! Thank you Amazon for once again providing us with a good quality product for a very reasonable price!! 👍🏻
