Great fit. I ordered a S/M. I usually wear size medium gloves. I ordered them to help prevent callouses when lifting. The palm section has some padding which gives extra protection when lifting. I’ve only used them twice, but they seem to be great quality and material.

Needed the XLG. Thumb stitching has already blown open on one glove after only two days usage at the gym. The idea of these, padding and look was great. But fit is tight, wrist strap is way too short and sticking is not good enough for function.

Perfect fit . GO GET.
