I am on a GLP-1 and I have to get protein in my diet. I use one of these very morning in my coffee and it is awesome!! I do drink them on their own sometimes, but it has to be refrigerated in my opinion. I like these bottles more than the cartons they sell. This is a great protein shake. Smooth texture, can't feel/taste any type of powder although you can feel some clumping when it gets closer to room temperature (I don't know how to describe it...kinda smooth-ish?) It was good for my appetite to where i could have a late lunch and be fine for the rest of the day. I did find out I was allergic though...Kinda sad bc I did enjoy this shake

I usually buy Premiere Protein shakes from Costco but they only carry limited flavors. I wanted something different. I was hesitant to purchase this flavor because some flavorings in general can be too sweet, and I’m not a huge fan of Carmel flavorings. I do like caramel but some flavorings can taste fake. This is none of those things. Just a light hint of Carmel flavor. I would buy again.

OK, what can I say about caramel? Everybody loves caramel just know that it’s good. It’s good quality. It’s got lots of health benefits. The taste is awesome and it’s great for recipes especially frappe if you make them in a ninja.

Had a mouthful to feel chunks being swallowed. Poured into sink to find worm looking things in the drink. Unbelievable.
