It's Gas-X! Go ahead and buy the good stuff. It's worth it. It had a great deal for 4 packages. They fit into your bag nicely to carry along. Great for after dinner and general gas discomfort.

These are the chewy kind, not the gel caps. These are a necessity in my life. The only ones that work for me. I make sure they are always available. I sometimes get gas in my chest that is very painful, but these can stop it before it gets bad, or make it go away if I am too slow.
