Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  These motion sensor light bulb works pretty good. It's just a regular light bulb size that fits in any socket and that is it. Kitchen is a constant place all my family member goes to and my son always leaves it on when so this way he doesn't need to worry about forgetting to switch the light off.The sensors activates when you are about 8-10 feet away from the sensor. I think you can probably get further if it's higher. Mine was in the kitchen and light bulb was about a foot above my eye level.The white lumen lights is very bright. Also the sensor is on the end of the lightbulb so any light frame you planning to use it on has to be pointing downward. I tried it on the hall way that has a glass cap over the light bulb and also it points at about 45 degree angle and it was not able to detect me walking under or swinging my hand I front of the sensor.So works best when the light bulb not in any housing or casing.

Range is extremely small, and light turns off way too quickly for any actual practical use of the light. We put this in the garage. It turns on when you're directly under it-- which is where my car engine is. If I go to the trunk of the car to get something, it detects no motion and I end up in the dark after a few seconds. Then I have to walk back to the front of the car, waving my hands to get it to turn on again, and then repeat after a few seconds. The product is totally useless for this application. We went back to a manual light switch.

I love these light bulbs. I put one in my garage. The main light switch is across the room from where I enter so it was tricky to make it across the room without bumping into something. I hooked up this light in a lamp and now everyone I come through the door it pops on. So awesome. The other place I have one is in a ceiling light fixture in my closet. So dark in there and the light switch was in an awkward place so it was always a hassle to get to it. I leave the light switch on and the light comes on anytime I go to the closet. It's awesome. Goes off pretty quickly once I am done.

These bulbs fit in any light standard light socket. I purchased them to use in my garage as the light switch is on the interior side and I often come in on the exterior side of the house. They aren't as sensitive as I had expected, but they get the job done. I may move them into the hallway as the ceilings are lower there, perhaps they will be more sensitive and respond quicker there. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase. Just hoping they last as long as a regular bulb.Just a reminder that you must put them in an uncovered light socket or they won't work at all. :-)

the sensor works great. It is a perfect light for the garage or yards. It definitely helps conserve energy in case light-switch got forgotten in turn on or off. Installation is as easy as regular a light bulb. Yes, it doesn’t turn on if sunlight is present. It is a white led light bulb there fore it is as white as the moon; it gives out a soft white light if one doesn’t look directly at it. The light works great in the garage when pointing horizontally. My back yard lamp only allows this light bulb to point towards the sky; thus, it does not detect the motion as good as when it is pointing down or horizontally.

Work fine till 3 months later when weather turn cold. Just quit, Sensoe no longer work. Have to turn off switch and then turn on. Light work then turn itself off but never turn on again.Customer service is terrible. Not return email.JUST DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCTS. Save you times and headache

The bulb is great, especially the color, it is so warm that feels like a natural old lamp bulb, but the distance of the motion detection is weak. I had better ones before. Anyway if you use it closer to 3 meters it is perfect. I recommend if you don't need it to be turned on from far distances.

The install height does not equal the detection radius as it is described. The detection range is 1.5 meters only at install height 3 meters. This means that the detection radius is half the install height. May be the seller means the install height equals the detection diameter (=2 * radius).
