Canterbury 21-Inch Black Scroll Top Plant Stand SCBPS1021-B

I really wanted to give this plant stand 5 stars because it’s attractive, sturdy, exactly as pictured and the black finish is a nice satin black. However, I can’t do it because of several noticeable spots where the finish is missing or chipped and, like so many other reviewers reported, mine is also missing one of its rubber “feet.” The stand arrived loose in a large box with a lengthy strip of packing paper that offered little protection. The tips of two of the three legs held rubber caps which someone had then enclosed in small plastic bags wrapped with rubber bands. That the third leg was missing it’s “baggie” was obvious from the moment I opened the box and would have been equally so to the person packing it, either at CobraCo or Amazon Fulfillment. Very disappointing. I’ll try to get someone to send me an extra cap and let you know how successful I am. In the meantime, prepare to be disappointed if you order this item. Quality control seems to be minimal, which is too bad because it’s a really neat stand, and I’d like to order other sizes.

Looks nice and supports my lightweight house plant. Like numerous other reviewers Have reported over the years, one of the protective rubber feet was missing when I opened the box. That meant it wasn’t stable since one leg was short.I bought four ½ Inch black rubber feet at the local hardware store for <$2 but they were too big so I wrapped the ends of the stand with a few turns of black electricians tape and then they fit OK. Apparently the seller is well aware of this ongoing problem and will send replacements but I didn’t see any way to contact them directly.Only time will tell if the welds will break or the metal rust, as others have reported. It’s potentially a 4 star product to me because it's functional, looks decent, and isn’t expensive. Took off one star for poor quality control and another for the seller knowingly shipping a product they know is often incomplete.

First off, I get a chuckle when people spend 20 bucks for a plant stand, then complain about the quality. I can recommend a site where very similar stands go for $50-$150 if you like. These are serving my purpose well. I have six now in different sizes arranged around the living room. When you get the plants on them and furniture around them, you can't distinguish these from the $100 ones. Yes, a couple were missing rubber feet. but it doesn't seem to matter. Today, I'm back ordering another one.

I love these plant stands. We have two and they have been perfect for our front porch and back porch. They look very nice and hold up very well with the varying weather. The flower pots look really nice in the stands. The only complain I have is the rubber pieces on the bottom of each leg have a tendency to come off/get stuck on the ground when you move the stand. When I bought them the price was very reasonable for what you got, but it appears now the price has gone up some since I first bought them.

Great plant stand, well made, looks great, sturdy. However, as others have stated, one of the 2 I ordered was missing a rubber tip for the end of the leg. You need all 3 for it to be balanced and I also have hard wood floors that need protection from scratches. I wish I knew how to order the extra tips because an exchange of the entire product seems futile.

Nice stand for porch. I wouldn't overload it with an especially heavy plant.

I am very happy with the plant stand. I recently got rid of all my brick and wood-board shelving and am replacing with black metal bakers racks and plant stands. This very nicely fills up a corner with an ivy geranium in one of those plastic pots that imitates terra cotta. I would not put anything really heavy on this stand but it serves my purpose beautifully. The reason I am giving it four stars is because I think it is a little expensive. On the other hand, I bought it because I couldn't find anything else I liked that served the purpose... so maybe in that sense it is worth twenty five bucks! But if I had paid twenty bucks I would be ecstatic...

These hold my ceramic pots just fine. The scroll work is very nice, and includes rubber tips on the legs. They are very well made, are made of steel, so it can hold large plants with no problems. I ordered three, and put three 10 inch ceramic pots with very large mother-in-law tongues in each one. They look great, and if I had more room, I would order more. Maybe later when I clean out one of my rooms. The price is excellent for what you such nice plant holders. These 30 inch stands are the perfect height. Love them!
