Reliable, Durable, and Worth Every Penny!
This is actually the second air pump I’ve purchased—one for myself and one for a friend because I know firsthand how well it works. The quality is excellent. It plugs right into the car and has never overheated on me, even after repeated use. I’ve seen too many friends stuck with battery-powered pumps that die halfway through, and they always end up borrowing mine! While it doesn’t have a deflate option, I honestly don’t mind. I prefer to wipe down and roll up my paddleboard by hand anyway. It does exactly what I need it to do—quickly, reliably, and without fail. If you’re a paddleboarder and want something you can count on, this is it.

Easy to use SUP pump
A must have on hot days! No more sweating in the sun with a hand pump. Great product for the price, nice long cord. If you are a heavy user you might want to get something with a better quality plastic casing. I just have 2 boards, one that I leave inflated most of the season and this pump works great for me. Easy to set PSI and shuts off automatically. Its not as loud as some other reviews led me to believe, but could be because my car tire pump is much louder than this. Its also faster than I thought, about 15-20 minutes to get to 15 psi. I did get an AC/DC converter for when I don't have a car or I don't want to have the car running for that long.

Even better than i hoped
We have acquired several inflatable water items in recent months, SUPs, inflatable kayak, and not too mention the fleet of floaties. I went with the less expensive option not sure what to expect and didn't want to dump a bunch of money on something that didn't work, and I am not disappointed. It works exactly as identified in the advertising, the auto shut off is amazing. and if you have ever spent have your morning pumping up anything while you get ready for the water, you will appreciate the ease of this handy tool. Now, here is why it gets a 4 not a 5. None of these are deal breakers. #1 IT IS LOUD! it is so loud, and if you are pumping up a lot of things, well, it is just loud for a long time. Small unit, big pressure, totally get it, just know it is loud. #2 - We may have more inflatables than it was made for. It is a small unit, and when we get to blowing stuff up, we got stuff! 2 SUPs, kayak, river ready floatys (not small). We have learned to give the unit a 5-10 min cool off after 2 items. The unit gets very hot, and the plug in the car gets really hot, which is mildly concerning. #3 - we had to cut the various tips off so we could use them, the little bit of strap they were on does not allow them to attach to the nozzle and stay attached. Whether this is an anomaly on this one, or by design, it is a little frustrating have to keep track of a plastic bag of attachments as well. - an annoyance, not a deal breaker However, we have used it twice, and this weekend it was the savior of the weekend at the lake and earned it's keep. I have no intentions of returning it, but may look at getting a bigger / tougher model, especially now that i know it works, and works great. Might just leave this smaller one in the rv, so it is always on hand. or use it for single item trips, since it is small and easy to stuff somewhere. If you are looking for a little pump for floaties, or inflatable sup, I absolutely do recommend it. If you are like us and have lots of sturdier floaties like river rafts, big sups, etc. mIght think about going up a level. Either way, i don't think you will regret it.

Ehhh, i mean it does inflate
It's fine. [My SUP: 2018 Body Glove performer 11] It's operation is fairly straightforward. 3 issues: 1) soul crushingly loud 2) problematic attachment hose 3) inflation strength & speed It's insanely loud. If you want people to know bought an inflatable paddleboard without seeing it, start inflating it. Cant miss announcement. The hose is either too short or too firm. It must have disconnected 3 or 4 times from my paddleboard when just adjusting the pump or board. It needed some extra strength to attach the coupler, but not to slightly disconnect it. Little movements to the board or device would the connection to break. Once the connection was steadt, took me 10min to reach 12psi, the minimum for my SUP. I was doing it in my driveway, on a 91F degree day; i was miserable & it felt like an hr. I didnt even keep going to the 15psi I set it for. Unfair, maybe, but more favorable conditions than setting up at a waterway. If i was inflating my SUP on the street or a crowded parking lot on a hot summer's day, the duration with the noise, with a good chance the hose might disconnect prolonging this nightmare, would have me gone crazy. If you just want to get your board (or whatever) inflated while you do something else, and don't care about anything else. Then fo ahead, it'll accomplish the task.

The most lightweight, powerful and trustworthy SUP pump!
The easiest pump that I have purchased for my wife's SUP. After 3 other pump purchases, this is by far the best. Accurate and powerful enough to walk away from it and know it will not over inflate. It is lightweight and sturdy with all the correct connectors for a SUP. It can pump any stand up paddle board to 16 psi or you can set it lower with a push of the button with the display. It would take about 30-45 minutes with the hand pump that came with the SUP and you would be exhausted by the time you were done. This took under 15 with no effort except to hook it up to the car. The power must come from a car lighter plug, unless you get an additional adapter to something else, if you want to pump away from a vehicle remotely.

WORTH EVERY PENNY
I was resistant to spending the money on an electric pump after already spending $300 on the paddleboard itself. But I'm telling you - THIS IS WORTH IT. The first time I hooked this pump up to my board and was able to run around putting on sunscreen and packing the cooler bag while my board inflated itself was GLORIOUS. The foot pump left me completely exhausted and frustrated every time. I always had fun out on the water but would sometimes almost not go just because I was too tired or hot to pump up the board. Having this pump changed all of that. I will admit, it is a LITTLE slower than pumping by hand, if you are strong enough to pump continuously without breaks. When my friend and I drive to the beach in one car we will hook one board to the electric pump and work together pumping the other one by hand. When we can trade off pumping we usually have the hand-pumped one done before the electric one is done. But not by a lot, probably only a couple minutes. It does say that you can't run the pump for more than 20 minutes at a time due to overheating. This has never been a problem for me. It's never taken 20 minutes to fill up my board. I think it's usually a little over 10 minutes, maybe 15 tops. But that does mean you can't do multiple boards with the same pump. If you have multiple boards you either need multiple pumps or you will need to do the others by hand while one is hooked to this pump. Before buying this I did try to get an iSUP attachment to go on the end of an air compressor I had for my car tires. It was way cheaper but really didn't work. Car tires inflate to a much higher PSI, so you really can't even see where 15psi is on the gauge. Even if it has an auto-shutoff it probably won't register at that low of a PSI. Basically...BUY THIS PUMP! It's so easy. You hook it in, set the psi, and walk away. When the pump turns off you know it's done and you can be on your way. I can't even tell you what an improvement it's been to my paddleboaring life.

Burned out after 15 uses - UPDATED! - Finding Warranty Info NOT straight forward
This machine is amazing but slow. I basically was able to pump up my other SUP with the manual hand pump a lot faster than this electric pump was able to do. However, when it's hot out and the last thing you want to do is pump up your SUP this machine works great. You can spend that time setting your spot on shore up or getting everything situated for your day of paddling. I was able to pump up a standard SUP with this in about 15-20 minutes from completely flat. A great way to speed up the process is to pump your boards up until they start to register on the manual pump and then switch them over the electric pump, this will save a bunch of time and you won't have to work as hard. Otherwise, this pump is great, you set it and forget it. It automatically shuts off so no worries. I recommend this pump but would say have patience as it's not a super amazing fast pump. UPDATE: Machine stopped working today after about 15 uses. I completely burned out. We only use it to actually fill one board. I started the board up like any other day and it stopped before filling the board. I turned it off, turned it back on, it made some weird noise. I turned it off and back on again, it made the weird noise one more time and then turned off on it's own. I has never come back on. We tend to think the motor burned out after only 15 actual uses. Now we're outside the return window as well. Gonna try and contact the manufacturer - stay tuned. Was great while it worked. Have reached out to the Amazon Warranty email as required and they will not answer my email with any information. Starting to think Amazon Warranty services are not all that they're cracked up to be. UPDATE 8/24/2020: After enough Googling and Facebook searching, I found a working number for SereneLife and called the main number - their website was useless. Was put on hold for about 30 minutes and got disconnected, had to call back and waiting another 25 minutes. However, I finally got through and was able to get someone on the line to create a ticket for the replacement / exchange of the unit. We'll see now how the rest of this goes. Stay Tuned! Adding a star but know the best way to reach SereneLife is not via Amazon - go straight to their Facebook page and have patience.
