殻も剥けるし背腸も取れるのは取れます。 けど手で剥いて包丁で背腸を取り除いた物に比べるとかなり残念な状態で。 多少は時短になったかも程度です。 フライにしても天ぷらにしても食べたら違いが解ります。 黙っていても子供達は気がつきました。 もう少し大雑把な料理だと問題無いかと。
