fit and function are perfect
as a semi-handy person who hates to spend money to pay someone for something I can do myself, these parts along with with you-tube videos made this an easy job. This is actually the second time I have taken the dryer apart- the first time was to replace a damaged drum. On that occasion I went to an online vendor who dealt in OEM parts. The parts were expensive, but the fix was still less expensive because I did it myself. This time my dryer stopped heating up, and a little searching indicated that it could be one of three sensor/fuses or a bad heating element. I went online to the previous vendor's site and the price for the element and fuses was $$$. Just out of curiosity, I went on to Amazon and found a package deal from this vendor with all three fuses and heating element for $$- big difference, much less expensive! Having taken it apart I found that the heating element was broken. The replacement. element fit perfectly and I think it may be constructed with a more resilient wire for longer life. The three sensor/fuses also were identical to the original- I installed them too as a precaution. A few minutes cleanup inside with a vacuum cleaner and lubricant for the drum rollers and It was as good... and maybe better... than new. I'm very satisfied with the fast shipping and good quality provided by this seller.

Good replacement
We have purchased this heating element twice. The first time was 3 years ago and we had no issues until it gave out a few days ago. My husband installed the 2nd heating element last night, so we're hoping to get another few years out of this one. We aren't super handy DIYers around our house, but my husband was able to install this heating element easily by himself both times with no issues. Everything fit perfectly. It's a great value considering the price of the part vs replacing the whole dryer. We're happy with the durability of this heating element since the first one lasted 3 years with regular use.

Awesome product! Saved money by not having to call a repair in.
I was impressed with the speed that this company sent this product. Of course our drier decided to die the day after Christmas. Then after a few days of debating the guys took it apart and lucky us it only needed a part... We hoped... We ordered and it came in. We had just sent a new broken item back to another company due most likely to shipping. So, I was somewhat concerned that it might not be in good shape. This company packaged their product for safe travel. It was easy to install. My hubby never used one fowl word. Making it an awesome product. He did comment that there were good instructions with it. He had installed one previously years ago. This one went much faster and nicer conversation. I did not rate longevity but, it has held up for the kast few weeks and it is being over worked. Lots of catching up after my break. Clothes smell nice. They are getting dry in record time. I strongly recommend this product.

it is ok, burned after 28 months
The SUMNEW heating element worked for 28 months, which is rather typical. The previous, from Azdele, lasted about 3 years. Now replacing with Tomoon's element. Will see. They all look the same. I did not replace thermistor or thermo fuses, just tested that 20 years old OEM ones work. Original OEM element worked almost 15 years. This repair is easy anyway, and a good occasion to remove the lint that somehow gets inside the machine.

SAVED ME BETWEEN $300+$700!!!
After our Samsung dryer stopped producing heat, we guessed it was the heating element as the control panel still seemed to be functioning properly. I had never done this particular job before, but I'm pretty handy and the video on the listing was an invaluable tool. While ours wasn't exactly the same model as the one shown in the video, disassembly of our unit required only a small bit of deductive reasoning. Upon further disassembly (it takes time, people...), sure enough, the element coil had broken, resulting in no heat being generated from the element (Think about it like a light bulb coil...) The parts weren't labeled as to what exactly they were, but after pulling the old element housing out and examining it, it was easy enough to guess what needed to go where. 4 parts are included in this "kit", 2 of which I believe are fuses and the third is a thermostat, I think... The fourth being the heating element itself, which you will reinstall into your dryer's heating element aluminum housing after removing the old one. PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT SCREWS GO WHERE! Some will have washers that will leave a "halo". Use this tip to help you remember what goes where. We ended up with an extra part, as one of the pieces was not needed for our particular model. I believe this is because some models mount the fuse differently to the element housing. There are 3 pairs of wires (6 connections) that connect to the element housing. Taking a picture before I unplugged them and then taping the "pairs" together made reinstallation much easier. The housing consists of 2 pieces joined together by a set of screws. Be advised that the edges of the aluminum housing are VERY sharp and will cut your hands like a scalpel. Have your first aid kit nearby... A short or "stubby" Phillips head screwdriver is required for removal and installation of the bracket that the element housing sits on inside of your dryer. Don't think you can do this job without it - you can't. You may also find that a small electric screwdriver, a magnetic parts bowl, and some needlenose pliers will make the job easier, IMO. My 14-year old (with smaller hands) made this job a breeze for me and we were able to accomplish the job in about 2 hours. Be patient, give yourself plenty of time to accomplish the task, and you could end up saving a bunch of money repairing your dryer yourself instead of paying a LOT more to have someone else do it or shelling out the cash for a new dryer. Just like we did... 😎😎😎 I highly recommend this part. 5 STARS!!!

*update: seller contacted me and kindly sent me a new item. Thank you. This item only worked for 3 months. I contacted the seller and they said there was no warranty beyond the return date. So that’s a complete waste of my time and money. Stay far away from this product and seller

Installed this unit on my Samsung dryer after it stopped heating in March. This seemed like a great deal for a replacement part; however, it is now earlier October and my dryer is not heating again. I have checked to make sure lint did not get trapped in the coils and nothing. Looks like I will be ordering yet another replacement from a different seller!
