This nappy bag is the perfect size for our 9kg washing machine, we know that once the bag is full it's the right amount for our nappy wash (it's recommended that your machine load is 3/4 full when wet). It's convenient to just turn out the bag into the wash so that the nappies come out without having to touch them, then put the bag in too. This was the advantage over using a bucket, having to clean the bucket afterwards! We bought two to alternate during washing.However after 10 months of use, last month the PUL has failed on both the bottoms of the bags and now damp at the seams and is smelly. But saying that it's survived 2-3 washes for almost a year which is decent going and I'm not that fussed given the price.
