It melted and became unusable. Probably my fault but For the price I think it should be stronger!
I had to throw it away after heating water in it too long and it melted. I am sure it was my fault neverthelesssomething is very wrong with such a product that should not be so poorly made.

The most insecure kettle of them all! Total waste of money.
The poor quality of workmanship defies description. Enamel has tiny bubbles, the metal edges are not smoothed. The most insecure kettle I've ever used. The lid keeps rattling and falling down when you try to pour, no little stopper on the edge to keep it in place. Consequently, a few days ago the lid fell on the counter, I barely missed being scalded, and enamel chipped from such a light impact, less than a foot, inside and outside. Very disappointed!Additionally, since it's chipped inside the lid, I can't use it anymore unless I find a replacement lid or the seller will supply me one. Total waste of money.
