Easy energy
Tastes great and will get calories in you. 2 packs and a glass of whole is a good meal replacement. 2 packs and low fat chocolate milk is my post workout meal. And belive me, it gives GAINZZZ!

These whole grain breakfast biscuits are so very satisfying for a quick and easy breakfast or snack. All the different flavor's are very tasty. We always have a supply of them on hand

Crisp little modern cookies, appealing and versatile
Ancient Roman armies carried octagon-shaped whole-grain ration biscuits, hard enough (it was said) to stop arrows. Belvita is a remote descendent of that ancient hardtack, much refined. Thinner, lightly sweetened, and made more interesting with optional dried fruits or other flavoring options. Nabisco shrewdly pitches them not as cookies but "breakfast biscuits" (a convenient energy food) -- which is why I mentioned ancient hardtack (another version of which, for centuries, fed sailors as "ship's biscuit"). In fact they're delicate crisp cookies, VERY compatible with coffee and tea. The blueberry and oat versions I've tried compete creditably with the small crisp tea cookies sold in packages all over Europe (LU, Leibniz, etc.). By now, Belvita must be a mainstream US supermarket product, but I learned about and tried them thanks to Amazon.

Great flavor and just the right amount of biscuits for a morning break. Good with coffee or tea.
