Best book
Even though it is some what dated, this is the best overall guide on Pygmy goats and their care. I’ve read three other books sold on Amazon about Pygmy goats. This book by far gives more information about Pygmy goats and there care .

Excellent Resource
Excellent resource. I started raising pygmy goats for the first time last December. Since I am a beginner, I tried to find breed-specific information, which is actually more challenging than I anticipated. If you have pygmy goats, this is by far the best resource that is out there, besides having an actual veterinarian at your side. The book is easy to read and understand and covers basic care to complex illnesses and their treatments. I found this book through the National Pygmy Goat Association's website. Highly recommended!

Very Informative
I got a few books on Pygmy goats at the library until this book arrived. I am very impressed with this book. It far exceeded the two library books I had checked out. Excellent product for a beginner like me

A wide-ranging and very welcome guide to the wonderful world of raising goats
I have just received my copy of Pygmy Goats: Management And Veterinary Care, so I really need to spend more time applying the advice given to my own small herd of goats. However, even a cursory examination of the information provided and topics covered makes me very pleased to own a copy. I will be pleased to be given a chance to provide more feedback after a full season applying the practical applications described. I hope to be able to provide photos illustrating theory in practice.

Plenty of good knowledge before considering getting Pygmies
This book has been in my library for a while. I purchased it prior to getting our 7 Pygmies, and found it gave us lots to consider before plunging into goat ownership. Goats are dependent on us to raise them right, taking care of health and nutrition needs correctly. I still browse through it from time to time for a refresher.

Not your ordinary how to raise book.
Much more detailed about medical issues than the average book about goats. I highly recommend this to any goat parent.

Best book available for pygmy goat owners!!
This book is a must have for any pygmy goat owner...it's concise, easy to follow, and is all about pygmies! Most information available deals with meat or dairy goats. Lorrie Boldrick is a pygmy goat owner, a former NPGA judge and board member, a veterinarian, and she knows her goats!
