This has been the best probiotic I've ever used. I take it 2 times a day and it really prevents stomach discomfort or indigestion.

Try out L. gasseri and L. reuteri. You will never use any other probiotic once you have experienced these.

Iam using it for my laboratory work. It's not good. The cells in it are not growing.

I am 49 entering menopause. I am also vegan with an active lifestyle. I have been working out for a while but things changed drastically once I became perimenopausal. For the past 2 years I’ve been working out 5-6 days a week just to keep the fat backpack off my back and jelly donut roll off my waist. I felt like I was killing myself just to return to regular fit body (this really has me pissed because I worked so hard). Lately I have been researching ways to keep my gut active and working properly although I never had issues with my gut but being a vegan I’m always bloated because all I do is eat vegetables and protein. After a couple of months of research, I purchased two other supplements along with this probiotic. TMI WARNING: I’ve always been regular in the bathroom. I go to the bathroom after every single meal, so that was never my issue but HOLY CRAP (literally) within one week of taking this probiotic. I noticed several things that have changed my life for the better. 1) this is a natural appetite suppressant. No gitters or crashes. It’s so subtle that it confused me at first.. had me asking myself did I eat today even though I know I did because I prep my meals daily to meet my protein intake. Who doesn’t want to feel like they aren’t starving every few hours so this alone made my DAY. And it happens immediately! 2) No more looking like I’m 3 months pregnant after each meal and then feeling sick from the bloat pressure. The bloating IS GONE! This alone will keep me as a customer forever (please don’t discontinue this product) 3) it gets your gut all the way together. Gut health is the key to anyone’s weight loss or healthy living journey. If you aren't digesting and breaking down your food properly you’ll have a long fight with losing the weight. Like I said I was already regular BUT now first thing in the morning I have to immediately go to the bathroom. Between 6a-10a I go to the bathroom 2-3 times without food. I intermittent fast until 12 and only eat from 12-8 and this probiotic is doing it’s thing. 4) my stomach is flatter than ever. It was already flat but because of the bloating you would never know I actually have a small 4 pack goin on THAT I WORKED MY ASS OFF FOR. Now I can see my abs which is a motivating boost for me because I was discouraged from the bloating. I had come to accept that I’ll always have a bloat belly. 5) No side affects. Some probiotics have made me sick the first week in taking them but this doesn’t. This is the cleanest and most affective probiotic I have taken in a long time and my mother started me on probiotics as a child so I have been taking them forever. I will be using this until I go home to see JESUS. Ladies do yourself a favor and pick up a bottle. Your gut will appreciate it and so will you!
