This item is absolutely useless and UNSAFE! Save your money!After a few months of use, the screw holding the faucet rusted from the inside and fell apart as my husband was pouring boiling water into a tea cup. Luckily he didn't burn himself!You would think a kettle should be rust proof given that it is designed to hold and boil water all the time!!I reached out to the supplier about what had happened and also sent pictures but I never heard back. So I reached out to Amazon and they had me mail the item back for a refund which I did but only to find out that they deducted $17.00 re-stocking fee from my refund!!!! I am just curious what exactly they will be re-stocking as the kettle is trash and not usable by any means!Please save your money. This item is NOT SAFE for use and rusts easily.(I would have attached pictures but the review section did not give me the option of attaching photos)

The tea pot and the samavar are hard to clean the base top is curved which makes it very hard to empty the content completely out or to get the soup out of it completely. When you pour tea out due to the design of the tea pot spout it drips EVERYWHERE!!The spout of the base chrysalises on the inside when in contact with water and when pouring water out it makes splashes.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The quality of the kettle and teapot is good. It keeps the water hot even after turning off the stove. My only problem is the dripping from the steam affects the gaslight and even turns it off which is dangerous!And also as you can see in the video I took the noise of that dripping could be annoying!

The handle to turn the water for pouring gets really hot. Otherwise very useful.

I am very disappointed. Really wished to be happy with this product because we are tea drinker and the idea is very good. But Very hard to clean the surface. The plate on top rusted with first month of use. The material on top peels off. Hard to open and close for hot water to come out. Don’t recommend this specially is pricy for quality.
