Icrafty hand braided rectangle multicolor living room area rug (Cotton Jute Mix, 90X240 cm)

Now, the wait is long enough. The rug should have arrived long before any lockdown on January 16, 2020. It was meant as a Christmas present for my partner. It is certainly not my fault that the world (India as much as the UK) has shut down since. I have given you enough opportunity to react with messages: on January 31, 2020 when you respond you’ll give me more info in 1- 2 days, but nothing was forthcoming; on March 28, 2020; when you responded that you would come back on April 20, 2020 or refund the money, but nothing happened as a result; and now on April 28, 2020 when you still tell me about lockdown and virus. I have given up on a rug and would like to see some action and my money back.

Beautiful rug. Rich deep colours, just like the pic, thick and very well made. My daughter is delighted.Slight delay on delivery and tracking number didn’t work, but was reassured it would come by Christmas and it did, just!Would recommend.

Beautiful rug, very colourful, perfect for my garden room. Lays really well. Had an issue with being charged import duty following delivery, but this was quickly refunded by the seller.Highly recommend this product, great for the price!

Lovely rug and good communication from icrafty. It arrived much earlier than expected so make sure you have your telephone number updated for sms notices of delivery from the couriers Aramex.

Fab rug, misleading as never advertised shipping costs on top, which was almost double that of the rug
